Eat right before bed. Heck, eat IN bed if you can. Keep some kind of snack near as well, if your intake goes up enough you might want it at 3 in the morning sometime.

One for me was getting too fat for any clothes at Wal-Mart. At the time it seemed like I moved straight from from 2XL to 4XL. By the time they actually had a few 4X items, I was already near 5X. Now I don't even bother looking even at Big & Tall places.
I also have to leave early to go places so I don't show up sweating like a hog. I still sweat of course, but not badly enough that it looks like I ran there with a soaked shirt.

I wish it was more acceptable to hang it out. I would everyday

I think it is mostly genetic, but try eating a lot and lifting? I have a pretty big upper belly muscle under my flab.

Nearly everybody's getting fatter. COVID certainly helped a lot of people be lazier, and inertia is carrying people towards getting heavier.

It invests itself. Being fatter means you're more hungry. Eating enough to feel full makes you even heavier. Heaviness makes you not want to move. Calories get stored better, and fat piles on easier.

On myself, I like the fat on my moobs that rolls to my back. It forces my arms out a little, and makes me feel wider than I already am.

I was at a Burger King Tuesday. Got a Big Fish, a Quarter Pound King, Mozzarella sticks, and a large drink. Easily 2000 calories. After I drove away, I found an additional Big King in the bag. Another near 1000 calories, somehow. I eat it all, and find myself wanting a Wendy's Frosty, dumping in another 500 calories. That was just dinner, and I still felt fine. Have I passed some kind of fullness barrier? I haven't been overfull in a long time.
