My snacks have kinda of morphed into light meals ill start with some chips and im like I can’t just eat a bag of chips so i make a sandwich maybe two and finish the bag of chips this is a regular occurrence lol

I really like cookies but im really bad i can easily polish an entire family package in a sitting or two and then I don’t have cookies until I go back to the store.

I’ll also go into the refigerator and get cold cuts and eat them with like a pickle or some cheese a bit Tony soprano style lol

I find that most of my discomfort occurs when I eat a lot way to fast so I just try to eat slower generally, sometimes I just get excited and want to eat everything really quickly and I get a bit painfully full.

The other part comes from eating spicy stuff I generally like spicy food and can tolerate a lot of spice but I try to avoid it because my body rejects it at the ripe age of 31 my body just can’t handle spicy food anymore I still love spicy food

I should probably mention that spaghetti is probably one of the worst things to get really stuffed on imo, the acidic nature of the tomato sauce and the oiliness and alot of it? You’re asking for problems imo

The biggest problem with alternatives to established platforms is lack of traffic. And the problem with some of the established ones are that people come to these to goon to fatties, and I think that kinda stinks it’s nice to feel lusted after but when interactions for the most part are pretty pornograhic in nature it just becomes tiresome when you seek genuine connection
