Quickest weightgain

Oh and just to recap it is most DEFINITELY possible. Super Size Me proved that, and there was a study a few years ago where a 'normal' man and woman were challenged to gain 30 lbs in 30 days. The man managed it, I think the woman got to 25 or so.

Cola whith oil for weight gain

I always thought people got drunk faster on fizzy booze for two reasons:

1) The lemonade/cola adds sugar to the mix and ameliorates the taste of most alcohol.

2) The now-alcoholic bubbles get their contents into the bloodstream faster than a flat drink would. This might be why you can drink genuine (flat) scrumpy and feel fine until it's time to go and then you find out you can't move your legs smiley

Well, sucks to be all the men on this site deprived of such a talented feedee. But at the end of the day it's her life and her body, and if she says no pics, you (and we) have to respect that.

Also: You lucky ba$tard. smiley

I need help gaining!

Well, Hunter, welcome to the WG forum.

There are plenty of tips to gaining in various threads on here, so I won't repeat them - just my own three points:

1 - weight goes where it wants to go, it's genetic. Eventually it goes everywhere but you might start with a *** and no belly, or thunderthighs and skinny arms, who knows?

2 - slightly facetious this, get older smiley it is difficult (but not impossible - there are plenty of exceptions) to gain weight young because of lifestyle and metabolism. Once you hit your mid 20s and the metabolism slows down, combined with driving instead of walking or cycling and a sedentary job, the pounds will pile on.

3 - finally, and most of all, alcohol is your friend. Most beer/cider/lager contains about 200 kcal/pint (more for things like Guinness or real ale), and it's all empty calories, so you still need all the usual nutrients. In addition, drinking usually leads to snacking on salty, high-fat foods like crisps/chips, peanuts, pork scratchings and pretzels. Finally, rolling home half-cut from the pub, a greasy kebab or pizza always seems like a good idea!
