Under belly rash

JN_TumLover56:
Could it be coming from a particular pairs of pants that you’re wearing? Especially one that hasn’t been washed in awhile? Sometimes I do get itchy from that.

👀

Gives a whole new meaning to airing out dirty laundry.

At what point would you consider yourself "conventionally fat"

J8o8h8n:
Curious to what everyone's thoughts were on this. Obviously a bmi of 25 or more is technically considered overweight, but people with a bmi of 25 typically look normally sized. Is there an actual weight/size/bmi that you would consider someone to have become a bonafide fatty?

I'd say it's less about BMI and more about body comp and how you carry your weight.

But from there it comes down to personal opinion. For example, a lot of thick women and built men are technically fat. But very few people classify them as such.

Changes in belly shape

Morbidly A Beast:
I used to have a rounded belly but as I’ve put on weight I have gotten more of a B belly which is weird because I’m a man and it seems b bellies come from overweight pregnant women 🤔

Munchies:
They don't.

Not all overweight pregnant women will get b-bellies. It's more about fat distribution.

In your case, you most likely have a good deal of visceral fat with a thick layer of subcutaneous fat.

Morbidly A Beast:
When I looked up b bellies online all I saw were pregnant women or mothers lol

Thinking about it you’re right the newer weight feels more doughy and soft almost like it’s draped over the older round gut I can feel that stiff roundness underneath

I also kinda got this new roll forming under my chest and the part of my belly which hangs down it’s kinda exciting

The term "b-belly" is specific to pregnancy. The belly shape itself is not.

Health: info on wim hof breathing

Since you decided to lash out at me, I have decided to do my own research outside of what you provided.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9028328/
medicalnewstoday.com/articles/wim-hof-breathing-method#benefits
webmd.com/balance/wim-hof-breathing-technique

All of these say the same thing. The Wim Hof method seems interesting, but more research is needed. There's only been a handful of studies thus far, and these studies have a small sample size with inconclusive results. These were posted pretty recently - 2021 and 2022.

In other words, a lot of Wim Hof's claims cannot be scientifically prove because they are still being verified.

I believe you owe me an apology.

This fetish never truly goes away, does it?

Bigdoug:
That’s why I personally don’t think of it as a fetish. Being fat (yourself and/or your partner) doesn’t just happen when you’re sexually interacting. People are fat 24/7, people eat every day, not just when they are sexually aroused. So, unlike most other fetishes, this is a lifestyle choice affecting many parts of your everyday life outside of your sex life.

Adipophilus:
I also don't think it's a fetish. Rather, I think it's a preference. But I believe it is mainly, strictly, intimately connected with the sexual sphere.

It all comes down to how you approach the fetish.

^Would benefit from reevaluating the meaning of "Those that are include:", unless their goal is to gaslight.

Baby girl, I sent you a screenshot that highlights the what I am talking about and shows proof it's from the article you posted. You can go look it up yourself right now and see it's there.

All I said was that the breathing method had not been scientifically proven to do all that it claims.

You posted the article. The fact that you are having this reaction means you didn't read the article very well or you didn't understand the article very well. Neither of these are conducive to good research.

And I am not gaslighting you. Gaslighting is an abuse tactic in which the abuser denies the abused person's reality and makes them question their own sanity. I'm an abuse survivor. I've been gaslit before. And if me saying your wrong and showing you proof is "gaslighting" to you, then I don't know what to tell you.

Changes in belly shape

Jackoff All Trades:
Ah, that makes sense. So nothing short of genetics would change a belly. Long ago, I did come across an interesting comment on another forum, where someone was asking if pregnancy would change their fat distribution. Basically the poster was asking if being pregnant would smooth out their belly rolls.

You're more likely to get a B-belly than a single belly.

Changes in belly shape

Jackoff All Trades:
So, I’ve seen some debate on the forums about how double bellies are formed vs round bellies. The general consensus seems to be that double bellies are formed by subcutaneous fat and are molded by how you wear pants. And that round bellies aren’t restricted by waistbands and are made of visceral fat.

Everyone seems to love round bellies more than double roll bellies (I like both types equally, I just want them big, lol). I have seen a few comments where people feel self conscious about their lack of a round belly. Is there a way for people to change their belly shape from double roll to round and vis versa?
Either through letting the belly hang out, pregnancy or diet. And if so, can they do it during weight gain?

First of all, all bellies are good bellies.

Secondly, it's a bit more than subcutaneous and tight waistbands:
wholesomealive.com/double-belly-fat/

There's a handful of factors that can lead to a double belly. Once you have one, it's not likely to become a single belly. This is not a bad thing. It's simply a thing.

Under belly rash

Pizzaqueen94:
Any tips for dealing with this? It's like it never goes away and the area is always moist from my fat rubbing against each other. I've tried baby powder but doesn't help as much as I'd like since I forget to reapply it.

Do you tuck your belly inside of your underwear?
