Is being gassy just part of being 300+?

Morbidly A Beast:
I don’t think so I’m not particularly gassy I don’t think, I mean if I’m drinking alot of sodas which I tend to drink a lot of I get burpy but flatulence not so much

Munchies:
Another thing to keep in mind is a lot of feedists eat foods and drinks that are a pain to digest in large quantities. Lotta lactose and fat. Hell, if you're eating so much that you're stuffed for hours, the sugar in your belly will start to ferment which can make you gassy.

The more you push yourself to gain, the more you distress your internals. Which is why feedists who don't force it tend to have less gassiness overall.

The***teen:
This probably explains why i have been getting more and more gassy over the years,
I overest so much everyday on junkfood and so on, i never thought about it would be worse to digest than other food 😅

Munchies:
Well, the food you eat has to be processed. And some foods are harder to digest on top of it. Not to mention the more you have to digest, the longer it will take to digest.

On top of all that, if you keep packing it in, some of that food will start to ferment inside of you. That leads to a lot of gassiness.

If you take a few days to eat a more balanced diet, you'll notice a reduction in how much gas you produce. Your gassiness will return to normal once you go back to your usual diet.

The***teen:
I always keep packing it in untill im so stuffed i can baerly breathe or move only then i feel satisfied, i diddent know the food would start to ferment how can that happen ? Is it because of overeating and the body takes to long to digest or ?

Munchies:
Pretty much. Your gut has bacteria in it to aid digestion. If food sits in your digestive track for too long - especially if your diet has a lot of sugar and carbs - it can lead to an overgrowth that causes fermentation. This can cause a number of issues from indigestion to brain fog and mood swings.

The***teen:
My diet is pretty much sugar and carbs only so it makes sense then smiley
I dont suffer from any of the other issues you describe luckily 😃

May it remain.

Showers getting exhausting

Morbidly A Beast:
Get yourself a luffa on stick it is S tier

Munchies:
I have a long handled scrub brush. It's really good at exfoliating.

Morbidly A Beast:
I use it on the hard to reach spots I got tired of trying to crunch up and wrestle myself in the shower lol I didn’t even know it’s used exfoliating

Of course! Anything with a rough texture is good for exfoliating.

I know some people just soap themselves up with their hands and call it a day. But if you really want to get clean, use something like a rag, loofah, or scrub brush. Just make sure you regularly clean them. They can house bacteria if you don't.

Smart and cheap foods for belly stuffing?

Ligr77:
I've mentioned this before somewhere else, but I feel like it's perfect here!

Maruchan ramen. Super quick, super versatile, full of carbs, it's one of the staples of my pantry and/or fridge.

If you stuff yourself with a lot of Maruchan ramen, I recommend not using the seasoning packet. If you are eating several bowls, you'll be retaining water for days.

That can get really uncomfy - especially if you have periods.

Instead, season the noodles yourself. You might even make something tastier.

As for the seasoning packets, set them aside. You can use them in a lot of other dishes. I highly recommend adding a packet to some rice, and added that rice to whatever meal you were about to make.

Game changer.

Is there policy on ai?

MarieTrans:
I wish there was some website plug-in or something somehow you could use to check if something is made by an ai, maybe someday

There are tools available to see if someone used AI programs. However, not all programs are created equal, and false positives exist.

Soda chugging

Ligr77:
Any tips? Because I love that gassy feeling that drinking a crap ton of soda gives me, but I'd really liked to keep it down!

You gotta work up to it over time. That said, there are thing you can do to lesson the intensity:

- Chill the soda. Gasses condense when it's cold and expand when it's hot.

- Pour the soda into a wide rimmed glass. This will let some of the carbon dioxide escape.

- Slow down. Give your belly a chance to settle so you can keep going.
