What's good on tv?

I started watching Dispatches from Elsewhere over the weekend. It was on AMC in 2020 but was completely under the radar for me. It’s not bad, or at least the first episode was fine. A little bit of mystery, a little magical realism, just don’t research too hard into it or it kinda spoils it immediately.

How to post image in forum?

SquishMaster:
Hi all!

Sorry if this has been asked before, but a rudimentary search didn't yield any results.

I was wondering how to put an image into a forum post or message? I see there's an "Img" button that inserts a set of Img & /Img tags, but what goes inside the tags?

A link to a locally stored image on my computer? (EX: C:/pictures/selfie.png)
A URL to an already-uploaded image on FF?
Any URL?
Something else?

I'd try some experiments for myself, but I don't want to spam the forums with test messages

You can use an image host like Imgur and post the url. I think the bbcode url is the one that works.

Delta9:
From another point of view:
A person's body can change a lot faster than their partner's preferences can keep up. Small changes are bound to happen slowly over time. That's just the process of aging and everyone knows that. If you're really in a long term, committed relationship then I think it's the responsibility of both partners to accept and account for this reality. No one stays young forever.
However, when you make the conscious decision to drastically change your body in a way you know won't be attractive to your partner, a person who you supposedly care about, I think it in some way violates the implied terms of the relationship. Nobody wants to sign up for one thing just to get the bait and switch later.
If I love my partner, don't I have some responsibility to at least try and maintain my body in a way that will be attractive to her? And of course there are any number of ways a person can change themselves, not just getting fatter or thinner. Drugs and alcohol are another way of destroying your body.
If you choose to put yourself and your own desires before your relationship and your partner, that's fine. It's not a wrong decision. But maybe you should talk to him first or simply end the relationship instead of leaving him stuck with someone he doesn't think is attractive anymore, forcing him to make the choice to leave or not.

Munchies:
Not you likening weight gain to substance abuse.

That's not cute, sweetie.

Look, if someone gains or loses a lot of weight by choice, but those gain's aren't impacting your life significantly, then that person is shallow.

If you are in a relationship that's based on being active or you are neglecting your relationship in favor of getting fat, that's one thing. But if the only thing that's changing about your relationship in a number on the scale, then the person who wants to leave is a shallow piece of crap.

Many relationships are very shallow, but also comfortable enough and fun, or at least something to do, or at least better than the idea of being alone. We don’t know anything about the OPs relationship, other than that they seem willing to get out of it in order to gain more weight.

Anyone know what youtubes rules are for feedism content?

Letters And Numbers:
Feedist content is specifically prohibited from Patreon in their latest TOS. I don’t know what enforcement is like, though.

Morbidly A Beast:
What’s the wording on that TOS that’s kinda crazy that the few hundred of us caused them to change tos lol hope all the people on there find new homes for their content

Letters And Numbers:
www.patreon.com/policy/guidelines

Go to the “Harmful Acts” topic. It’s near the top. They lump it in as equal to pro-ana topics.

It’s vague enough that it pretty much gives them cover to boot someone for whatever they want, but also vague enough that it’s hard to say what enforcement will be like. It’s really a good look that they specifically have to call out consensual behavior as being verboten. Oh well, guess it’s not really a surprise anymore.

It doesn’t seem to me like it’s going to be used as a blanket for all feedist content

Work that includes eating disorders, feederism, and related topics, is supported by the community or has an educational focus, is part of a larger narrative, or is otherwise contextualized in a way that meets Patreon's guidelines is acceptable.

Morbidly A Beast:
It seems like it’s targeting more of the morally gray stuff like forcing, illegal.
Its still kinda crazy they had to add a whole dang subsection for lil old feedists haha

It specifies consensual and non consensual feeding. I imagine that anyone who has a feedist patreon and gets reports filed about them is going to be on a very short leash, regardless of content (unless it’s saying feedism is dangerous).

Casual Gainer:
Might be worth looking into something like Twitch and then mirroring the video on YouTube and long term something like Patreon/memberships if you pick up a sizeable enough following.

Updates to story formatting

Hiccupx:
You may think these issues have been forgotten about but I can assure you they haven't and we will address them in time. The problem with chapter navigation in particular is high on the agenda for us.

We have limited resources and it's often a hard decision as to what is the greatest priority. At the moment our focus is on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), since we've been slipping down the listings in this area. However, we will get back to the stories section in due course.

That's great, thank you!
