My gain is going soooooo sloooow. I’ve been stuck around 225 for 6 months. Worked hard and gained 5 more… and nothing since :c

I plan to do some cream at night, but I really wish there was something I could take to boost my uh? Processing power maybe? Appetite boost would be nice, too, mine is lacking lately.

Any tried and true? Of course as with any supplements I’ll consult my doctor to check for issues beforehand

I was wondering why there are so few fanfictions on this site? Are people not really into that or do you read them on other sites that are more dedecated to writing?


There's fanfiction on here, but most people who write fanfiction will post it on a fanfiction site. Usually, that's places like Wattpad, AO3, or Fanfiction.net. There are others, but those are the big three.

Is that means heavy cream is effective to gain weight healthy?

I wouldn't put a lot of stock into this one way or another. The science hippies are conflicted on if milk helps, harms, or does nothing to diabetics. You can ask 10 different doctors and you'll get 10 different answers.

Need to get better at eating and getting hungry.

Okay, so im sure im not the only one that does this. So ill have plans to eat heaps of food even multiple days of eating, really wanting to pack on the pounds. Ill wake up and im not hungry though, so i carry on to lunch where im suddenly peckish, then ill make food and now its mid afternoon and im finally stuffing myself with a 2-3000 cal meal, super stuffed and very uncomfortable. Ill then rest for the time till dinner, my problem is that im still feeling it from lunch and then i just don't eat dinner. And of course the vicious cycle repeats. So tell me, what do you guys do to stay on track, how do you guys take that comfort and turn it into pure dopamine. How do you keep going even when you dont want to and of course, how do you keep yourself hungry, id like to eventually be able to just keep eating ignoring the shit that holds me back.

If you struggle to eat a lot of food, don't stuff yourself. You're just going to train your brain to associate it with misery and do it even less.

Get you some snacks and stash them where you are most likely to hang out. For example, have a snack stash by your bed, in your office, and by your favorite spot in the living room. Make sure that these are your favorite treats and have plenty of variety.

All of this primes you for mindless eating. You don't need to be hungry for this to work. You won't get stuffed like you were hoping for, but you'll end up eating a lot of calories. Over time, you'll start to pack on some serious pounds.

So the only thing wrong with this is even though the hunger goes a way and the pain is uncomfortable the feeling and act of stuffing myself is too much of a turn on, hence me asking like this


I said what I said.

If you wanna stuff yourself, that's fine. But with your current mentality and how your body is responding to everything, you aren't ready for anything more than they occasional stuffing.

Do this first. Once you've gotten to the point where you've trained yourself to eat even when you aren't hungry, you will be ready for other things.

What is the hottest cause for someone who's been maintaining weight, to suddenly start gaining?

That's always fun. Before I met my partner, I'd often get messages from other people like this. Sometimes, they were feeders when we initially spoke. Regardless, they'd usually go from "I dunno about this" to "Nothing is better than a nice stuffed, jiggly gut."

It's also fun when my partner pretends to be shy and coy about so I can tease him.
