Maternity clothes

I had an acquaintance in college who did this. She just had a round belly. She loved showing off her dresses that she'd wear for performances (vocal major). I suppose it's different because she bought them for herself and didn't realize it was maternity until she tried it on and saw she wasn't dealing with the same issues she normally would with clothes. She mostly just bought it for dresses, not casual everyday stuff.

I've personally never done it because that's not the cut that would work for my shape but I have heard of some women choosing to either buy a few maternity outfits for the comfort or continue wearing after they'd given birth. I don't think any woman who truly understood how poorly womens clothes are cut for most bodies would begrudge it and sometimes it's just the best option.

edit for frogetting some important words lol

At what point do you reach the point of no return?

That's a whole lot of words to say "I have literally no idea how bodies and metabolism work especially for people who menstruate."

John Smith:
Please House M.D. , enlighten us with your gynecological expertise.

I mean someone already asked you to prove your methods and you spouted off crap like normal that literally doesn't make sense. You don't "gain" water weight, it's the retention of fluids from dehydration. healthline.com/health/womens-health/weight-gain-during-period#:~:text=It's%20normal%20to%20gain%20about,skipping%20workouts%20due%20to%20cramps. According to actual doctors, most people only gain a few pounds during periods (and I am someone who has had them at many different weights, and it definitely rings true).

Additionally, the menstrual part of the cycle means your body is actually working harder than normal. The cramps and bleeding and all that fun stuff? That's your body working. ALSO, our metabolism can withstand several thousand extra calories in a week or so without any impact to a person's weight (composition can be affected but weight likely will not). It's a feast/famine function our metabolisms have for our own survival. https://www.runnersworld.com/news/a27405541/how-much-weight-can-you-gain-in-a-week/#:~:text=Eating%201%2C000%20extra%20calories%20a,as%20increases%20in%20blood%20sugar.

It is only, and I mean only, consistent calorie surplus over an extended period of time that causes that kind of gain.

Someone who peaks at 160 is never, ever going to put on up to forty pounds *in two weeks* because of that.

The only way, ever, that could happen, would be if the person was life-threateningly ill, dealing with therapies like painkillers, steroids, and dialysis.

Also: am a menstruating uterus-haver and have been doing so for over 20 years at weights ranging from over 285lbs to 150. You are full of it and you know it. Your ridiculous and insecure relentless pontificating will never change that fact. Good day.

At what point do you reach the point of no return?

John Smith:
Probably a mix of period-induced body water and her having a habit from stress-eating during that same lenght of time. A grown-up woman can swell up around 15-20-lbs bigger within a span of one to few days, while suffering of water retension.

Coupled by the fact she can casually gain around 10 pounds within a week (even a rare record of 25 lbs in six days) , she may have swelled up around 30lbs during this short timespan and shed most of it before her period ends.

Given that she pass the chubby threshold at 160-lbs, I may figure out what happens when that phenonemon occurs to her while starting up from a smaller 130-to-to-140-lbs diet-enforced weight set point...

Are you attracted to the opposite of your body type or the same as yours?

Shadowmoon:
Feeling a big belly against my mostly flat stomach is amazing ☺️

I definitely understand the appeal of fat-on-fat and engage sometimes but as the squishy person in my escapades, I have to say I equally love the feeling of someone pressing into me. I'm not nearly as big as other BBW but I am very soft and there is just no feeling like it!!

Not sure what themes to exlore in my story

You definitely didn't bother anyone; at least, not me!

It's not fair to compare yourself to a hot-shot director because not only is film an entirely different medium but movies take an ENORMOUS team to make. Filming isn't easy anyway but it's a much longer process than people think, especially when making *good* ones!

I was just reading literally last night about the 80/20 rule. It might be useful for you to read up on in relation to writing.

Perfect writing *can* and sometimes does exist, and I used to be overwhelmed by that need to be perfect, too, but it held me back! I've learned to see writing as sculpting. You start off with a hunk of clay and just keep working it. In most cases, you can adjust things if something isn't working out. And you just keep shaping it until it feels just right over time.

Yes I even do this with my feedist writing. I push to have fun first and just get the idea out and then I shape it. It never ever comes out perfect on the first pass, ever!

But of course your health comes first so if you think you need to focus on that, you should. Your ideas will still be waiting when you're ready smiley

Any religious jewish feeders?

I don't believe I've met any other Orthodox but I have definitely seen observant/practicing jewish feeders around here (and maybe I've seen them in the wild in my own social circle!) Don't give up hope smiley

Either way, I'd definitely just to be down to chat and say hello some time, so: welcome!!

I may have figured it out but I keep feeling like I'm getting it wrong somehow.

...

Does this work or did I mess it up? I don't know, thakns for your help in advance I hope I got this right.

There's really no right or wrong way to write. As long as you're doing it, you're not doing it "wrong" it just takes practice and confidence. Write what you have now then revise and beef it up later! That's basically how I do all of mine. The answers you're seeking will come to you just be patient and work on the ones now that you can.

First drafts are never about writing it right, just writing at all.

Not sure what themes to exlore in my story

As a struggling fiction and non-fiction writer in real life who's now also pursuing erotica, I think it's always worth it to humanize the story a bit. It doesn't even have to be much! I love short stories and usually prefer them but if it's all Mary Sues I can't be bothered.

I'm happy I could help and welcome you to message me if you need more advice!
