Love stuffing and bloating but can't seem to get a big food baby, looking for tips on getting physically bigger
I’ve eaten a package or two of rice cakes then drank a lot of water I got pretty bloated. You could drink beer or carbonated soft drinks too.

Anyone know any other fat appreciation websites?
I was on deviant art for over ten years. It is a huge website but you can search for fat art and stories. When I left there was a large community of fat appreciators.

You know your fat when you get out of breath tying your shoes.

I was in the military reserves for twenty five years. When I retired I started gaining, I'm up about thirty pounds and love it. I’ve always been attracted to heavy women, my wife weighs over two hundred pounds.

I was weighed at my doctor’s appointment on Friday the scale went to 240.3 lbs. I was fully clothed but still I felt really fat!
I measured my waist last night, I’m finally at 48” around, i’m 71” tall.
During my last appointment on Tuesday, my doctor’s nurse asked if I wanted to enroll in the VA’s weight loss program. I respectfully declined.

From my experience, people into Warhammer and miniature painting seem to be pretty big. Visited lots of tournaments with fat players
I build models, which is sedentary. I’ve been to contest and shows with fair number of heavy people.

BMI is mostly flawed because we're misusing it. It isn't designed for assessment of an individual in mind. It's designed to give information on a community.
The higher the average number the lower the overall health of a community. It doesn't take into consideration things like muscle because it's not a diagnostic tool, it's a statistical one. The higher your number the more likely certain medical issues are to be present. It isn't perfect, but is generally a fair indicator of public health.
My understanding is that the BMI index was created by insurance companies to gage risk. When I was in the USCG we were weighed and evaluated by taking the circumference of your wrist to determine body type, I.e. heavy skeletal build vs. lighter build. In the USN they measured neck circumference to gage. I always had to be measured even before I started to gain.
