The definition I think is fair is
BBW: 250lbs-399lbs
SSBBW: ≥400lbs
I think theres a BMI definition that is more dependable because different people carry weight differently . 350lb looks differently on a girl thats 5 feet tall and works in an office than it does on a 5`9 body builder.

I have. This isnt the best place to do it. Also most women wont go for it if you say you want to meet them just to play with their belly no matter how big their belly is or how much they are into fat fetishism.
What has worked for me is going out on a date to descent restaurant. Conversation not based on sex or fetishes and it eventually she may be fine with a bit of a belly rub. Usually she will just be happy you arent outright asking for sex.
