Own weight perception

I've just weighed myself after realising how much I've gained over summer, started off fit and slim and in the last few weeks I've noticed how my gut is clinging to 'loose' t shirts and my jeans are tighter than I remember. I have been a gainer before but this was accidental, always thinking I'll lose it next week, its only a bit of fat etc, but now I am accepting it and enjoying it. My belly is up over 10 inches from my slim size of 26 inches, which is usually around a 30-40 pound gain, but this time the scales are saying I've only gained 10. I don't seem to have as much muscle tone now and my fat is all blubber, so subcutaneous which is usually lighter, going from a busy job to a summer of food and fun has made me soft and unfit and turned my flat stomach into a growing wobbling gut!

Hey FF I'm a feedist (more mutual gainer/ feeder) living in London for now, looking to meet some people in to this lifestyle!

A bit about me on the outside: Bartender, traveller, easy going and sociable. Like the outdoors, the city too, obviously love food, new people and experiences.

As a feedist: I have dabbled in gaining, currently a little chunky from Christmas, I tend to swap between slim and fit and overweight, mutual gaining interests me, as does feeding a skinny/chubby girl up or 'corrupting' a fit girl.

How long does it take for fat to appear?

I tend to yo-yo and for me it takes about a week for me to notice.

I'll begin by eating whatever I want, nothing happens for a few days, then my muscle tone and ribs go under a layer of fat, then after a week or so my gut doesn't seem to be as flat in the mornings and before I know it I have a plump soft belly sticking out over my jeans.

All in all from skinny to chubby takes me a month of mindless eating, 3 weeks to get started then my belly really plumps up around week 4, round pudgy and refusing to go flat.

By week 6 I'm covered in new blubber with jeans straining, lovehandles and my belly showing through shirts.

I'm at the end of week 4 now..

Encourager

An encourager tempts you to eat that little bit more, tells you one more bite can't hurt, leaves snacks around, continuously offers food and tells you exactly what you want to hear as you grow, maybe that you look fine, maybe that yes you are getting fat, but more will look better..

Peanut butter stuffing from jar

I can't vouch for its efficacy but I am a fan of eating from the packaging!

Something gluttonous about realising you have finished a jar of nutella before deciding what you're actual meal will be or consuming whipped cream from the can as I am about to do now making a hot chocolate..

Heavy cream vs light cream?

I find light cream easier to drink and sub for milk in things, heavy cream in large quantities is too fatty for my system alone.

If you want to drink it try a shake with ice cream and milk, makes it go down easier, and you'll drink more than you intend!

1. What is your current weight?

132 lbs

2. What is your normal goal weight? (what you probably answered already elsewhere, this question is just for having all the information in one place without having to search fr it)

160, really more the point I start to lose back down to 115lbs, 160 is fat enough for my lifestyle usually and I like the early gaining journey

3. What would you choose if you could instantly and magically change to any weight, but the changes reverted after a few hours max. one day?

200, head out in public and make a fat state of myself, stuff in restaurants, wear tight clothes, be humilated

4. What would you choose if you could instantly and magically change to any weight, without it automatically reverting? (of course, you could still gain or lose weight naturally afterwards)

175, gaining is fun for me but sometimes just want to be fatter straight away, 175 would firmly make me fatter than ever!

'accidental' xmas gains

So who here has gained somewhat unintentionally over Christmas?

I know I have, only a small amount but enough to show on my frame, 10 lbs since the start of december, at least 5 lbs this week.

Before my time off work my jeans and shirts were loose from the busy pre-christmas rush (bartender), now I fill them out a little too nicely!

My work day diet is 6 meals a day, lots of fat, carbs and protein, just as fuel. Most of the time I am "thin" but as soon as I take a few weeks off the weight piles on.. Now I have gotten quite out of shape in no time and my belly is back smiley
