Seeing someone with clearly manic (not an insult, an observation and descriptor) speech to the point that people can't understand them and then coming back into the conversation with "I don't really know what's been going on these last few days, it's been intense" (paraphrasing, but I think you'll agree I captured the point)
It's not ableism to call that out.
On the contrary, I say this out of concern and care, but people online are so intent on the idea of harm and hurt that they can't see when someone is authentically caring about someone's wellbeing.
