Going downstairs too quickly and needing to hold my belly to stop it from bouncing 😳

I drank antipsychotics and antidepressants, and I still drink. Indeed, many of them increase weight, especially neuroptics
Specifically respiridon, triftazine, olanzapine and clozapine(I live in Russia, so the trade names may be different)
You can gain up to 20 kg per month and so on
MottiF:
Holly molly! That’s sick! Why gaining weight with meds intentionally? Better eat fattening foods!
Just to clarify: I completely disapprove of using meds to gain (or lose) weight. I was merely observing that for the brief time I was prescribed Mirtazapine, I did notice some quite dramatic weight gain.

Ah, that's interesting. I've never thought of milk as being fattening. I drink semi-skimmed or soya milk. Maybe I should switch to full fat?
BallinBot:
yea! its 150 calories for 240 milliters, which is more than a mtn dew, and it doesn't have 36+ grams of added sugar, ever since i started drinking like 2 gallons a week ive kept gaining weight
Thanks! I'll give it a whirl. Hopefully it'll give me some extra chub!

What's the 30 day challenge? I've been working on gaining weight, mainly just forcing myself to get more even if I think "nahhh im good"
VisibleBellyOutline:
Eating a specified amount of calories above your normal daily amount every day for a 30 day period. It's always seemed a bit drastic for me, but I'm thinking of giving it a go for one month and seeing how things turn out.
BallinBot:
Ooooh, Wait, that's literally what I've been doing! I made a "goal" of eating 2500-3000 calories a day, always getting a big fast food meal every single day, and drinking 1-2 liters of whole milk for as many calories as possible, I'm eating a Burger and drinking some milk as I type this now, fr fr
VisibleBellyOutline:
Sounds good. I've basically just left it to my naturally greedy appetite, and haven't been counting calories, but I was very slim up until about 18 months ago when I decided to start eating whatever I felt like, and I think my gain is starting to become noticeable, so my way does seem be working. Anyway, enjoy your burger!
BallinBot:
Yup! I've already gained about 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks, which is decent enough for now, milk is so calorie dense, way better than soda...

The fact that we men can get boobs like that is one reason why I want to start gaining. Also with the way how fat practically "feminizes" you.
I think there's some truth in this. There is something inescapably feminine about fat, especially when it's distributed in areas where women typically store it more copiously, like the bum and the boobs and the lower tummy.

Or how about work uniforms? Like you keep re-ordering your uniform in the same size, but you're very obviously outgrowing it. And you keep wearing it until someone at your workplace has to 'have a word' with you about it...🥵
