I'm thinking put the amount of weight on that person equal to what they consider obese & just have them walk to the bathroom & back once, rather than for an hour.

Hips as wide as I can get them, with a butt just as big. Thighs so big that walking is difficult, especially with a belly that looks beyond a pregnant due date.

I knew one gal who went from 170 to 280 in 9 months because she was very depressed.
