I was uncomfortable with the idea of posting pictures at first. But when I did the positive feedback really helped me to get over my worries about posting content.
I'm glad I finally did post some. And I hope you have as good an experience as I have

I would love to be in a relationship like that. My ideal would be to have a slim, maybe petite even, female feeder who is completely dwarfed by my massive belly. Who can lay on top of me and feed me until it's like she's floating on a sea of fat, and for her that still won't be enough.
I adore that!

That's pretty much a great description of my ideal first date/night with a guy!

Sounds like a lot of fun

There are some measures you can take to lower your risk and still put on some more chub. Like exercising regularly, and making sure you get plenty of fiber in your diet. There are also some foods that naturally help deter the onset of diabetes.
Wow, fiber helps to prevent diabetes? I know that stuff's good for... well, you know, but wow that really seals it as being one of the better vitamins/nutrients around.
Eating fiber in a meal helps to lower the glycemic impact of the meal. Because your digestive system has to work harder to process the meal the glucose which your body will convert it into doesn't hit your blood as quickly.
Fenugreek also has compounds in it that help your body process blood glucose. It's fairly inexpensive, I picked up a fairly large bottle of the whole herb supplements for about 5 dollars.

Between my belly and my pubic mound cow-girl would probably be necessary for me. Though I probably wouldn't mind trying missionary if my hypothetical lady-fair wanted that.

But at the same time I like being with guys who are two or three times my size and I like being so much smaller than them. So I would say I like the contrast but sadly most men who say they like contrast would consider me too fat to be a good partner.

At 190 I'd say you're just right

I've always been fat, so the nagging's been at about a constant level. It still comes in little bursts, and it's very annoying. But mostly I'm left alone about my weight because I started to plump up at about the age of four. I didn't start gaining on purpose until I was 13-14, and that saw a bit of an upswing in nagging for a while. But once I'd put on a pretty large amount it tapered off again.
Now, in the neighborhood of 600 pounds, I find that my folks aren't really as vocal about it as they once were. So long as I'm still somewhat health-minded. (Getting fruits and vegetables in my diet, doing some light exercise on a fairly regular basis that sort of thing)
