A question about cta on either free or premium stories

I'm not sure exactly if this is against the rules or not, but is it okay to include a brief (like, one-line) call-to-action on either a free or premium story? I generally have a feeling the answer is no but it never hurts to ask!

I only have a few stories up; however, one I have wanted to write a longer version of and I am finally getting around to it (Cuffing Season). This and another story I am working on, I intend to package up and put on Amazon KDP and also my deviantart account.

However; obviously, we have the premium content feature here. In short, I'd like to have the stories available on all platforms.

If I added the subsequent parts of Cuffing Season, I would add them as premium in addition to the KDP book (which may be further expanded) and I am thinking of doing the same for the other story I am working on now. First chapter is free; the rest is premium FF content.

Is it against the rules if I were to include a CTA on these? Something simple like "If you would like to read more, additional chapters are available as premium content or also on these other platforms," Or should I just stick to mentioning my work is also available on amazon/da in my profile? I hope this makes sense.

I hate constantly promoting myself so this is about as much as I would put into it; I am far more interested in the social aspect of this place but wouldn't mind having a little bit of a boost for visibility.

Thanks!

Stages of getting fat (body types)

I think I've commented on this one before; either way, I really like this scale. I'm a 4 but most clothes drape fairly well on me and so I just look thick most of the time but I also avoid certain cuts.

It'd be cool if something like this could be implemented instead of or in addition to our weights listed on our profiles!

Hopefully my incremental 10-15 lbs at a time yo-yos aren’t overly damaging 😅

In my experience, and from what I understand, that is pretty normal honestly. In most cases that's basically one pant size in the US. The effect gets harder on you when it's around 10% of whatever your current weight is. So if your normal weight is 250 lb, a fluctuation of 25 lb either way on a consistent basis is what's pretty hard on you. Of course 10 to 15 lb would be more impactful if you were smaller size.

I agree it really makes me want to do a story like that but I would have to think about how I’d want to set it up as I’ve never explored that area of weight fluctuation before.

I've actually had this experience if you want some insight! Feel free to PM or chat later if I'm on

Weights do fluctuate naturally anyway (and I also enjoy that cycle 🙂 ) although you are correct that yoyo-ing is pretty hard on one's body after a certain point beyond that margin.

But it's still fun to watch ☺️
