i agree... there is nothing better then a fried turkey!!!

I also like cold turkey sammies. So, if the butter under the skin and above the meat doesn't work- left overs are awesome.

I also have one of those flavor injectors- it looks like a huge needle. You put garlic, butter and other yummy things in it and then stick it into the meat. The meat cooks and heats up the stuff you stuck in it, which helps flavor the meat and then keep it moist too!
