Blimp Bizkit:
So I have started to include 100 ml of Heavy Cream in my daily intake, along with my normal diet to gain more weight
I am well aware that weight gain is a slow process, but chose heavy cream for more subcatenous fat 😊
I am not sure tho if just 100 ml of heavy cream per day would be enough to gain more subcatenous fat?
Should I slowly work my way up to higher amounts or do you think 100 ml of heavy cream after a few weeks will have a effect on my weight with more subcatenous fat?
Munchies:
Please understand you only have so much control over your visceral to subcutaneous fat ratio. Yes, you are likely to gain more subcutaneous fat with heavy cream, but this doesn't mean you won't also gain more visceral fat with it.
If you want more subcutaneous fat over visceral fat, you best bet is to combine exercise and eating relatively healthy with a high calorie diet. Every feedee I've had has gain more subcutaneous fat than visceral fat. I've done this with and without heavy cream. The results are the same.
Blimp Bizkit:
Sounds like my regular diet combined with my traveling methods to work aligns with it well.
I know I cant control it, but was curious if there was a way to increase my odds on building subcantenous 😊
Patience, darling. Patience.
My current partner and feedee was impatient with my methods at first. He wanted to be enormous as fast as possible. Still, even with a relatively healthy diet, making him exercise, and take lots of breaks, he put on well over 80 lbs in 6 months. Mind you, this is also with balls to the walls intense stuffings.
And now he's in the process of getting into shape and losing some weight because he gained it a bit too fast.
You have to keep the long term in mind. For example, if you are consistently gaining 1 lbs a week, that's 52 lbs in a year, 104 lbs in two years, and 156 in three. That's basically another person worth of pure fat.
