Good drinks to help gain??

I will recommend something that Two different people here had Tremendous success with. Melted Ice Cream.Drinking melted ice cream. And then one had an extra touch that worked wonders.A tablespoon(or MORE ) of heavy cream.It's loaded with calories and nearly 100% of those calories are from Fat. Melting ice cream is easier to get down because it is warmer and doesn't cause "brain freeze". I would recommend a half pint or pint of the melted ice cream with a cup of heavy cream to start. I also recommend at least one or more Cloverhill Honeybuns a day.They are between 600 and 620 calories each.

If you look at your pics. And at your height you are still nearly slender. There is a noticeable indentation right above your navel.That means that as you gain your lower belly will become the largest. But you will also grow in the higher part of your belly. When you gain 30-50 pounds more you will have an upper belly laying over your lower belly. It's called a double belly and is the point of Major discussion here on FF. The fact that you are nearly slender and are showing hints of one: It proves that it can be genetic. And Double Bellies are very Attractive.smiley

East Coast right here. Tastycakes rules! My favorite is the Kandy Kakes. Original Peanut Butter And Any of the special ones they do seasonally.

At the Shell station next to work they have some brands of Honeybuns (iced ) that are 500 to 670 calories EACH. smiley

Cheap and fattening?

White Bread and Butter. 8-15+ Slices all during the Day between meals. All Carbs and Fats. Cheapest effective fattening snack I can think of.

Little changes, big gains!

I remember a friend from here who constantly gained 1-3 Lbs a week for months on end. She had two daily foods that I am certain contributed. Number one was pancakes for breakfast at least four times a week. We are talking a stack of 5-7 every time! And the other "diet staple " was three Large Donuts at Her desk around 10:00 am. 5 days a week. Coupled with lunches of 1000 to 1500+ calories. Big dinners. And a tendency to eat an entire pan of brownies a few nights a week and she gained a lot.

Because of the time of year and Your medium gaining speed. I think You should buy just a few pair in either a perfect comfortable fit OR barely loose. They just have to last a couple months. And it would be a good motivator to try to make them super tight by Labor Day! smiley
What have you done For Swimwear? Any changes in the style? Some ladies go from bikini to Tankini to one piece. Others keep sporting the two piece! smiley

Pregnancy weight gain.

The owner of the I go for haircuts is 5'4-5'5" and probably weighs 110-115. She gained 100 exactly with her first. 106 with her second and 85 with her third. She is a workout and plastic surgery expert so she is once again slim and trim.

Starting out small!

For a cheap Fattening snack add several slices of white bread with butter 8-15 slices Every day between meals. At night make brownies and dunk them in a mix of cream and skim milk. Or melt ice cream over them. Work your way up to an entire pan of brownies in one sitting.
Also graze on Entenmans Rich Chocolate Frosted Donuts. 300 calories each. 8 in a box. smiley
