Cheap and fattening?

Cheap cuts of meat, and indeed cheap food in general, usually contains more fat and sugar since it's more bother than it's worth the food companies to take it out at source (and sugar of course makes cheap nasty food taste good) unless they sell it as a premium-quality 'diet' range.
And cheap cheese is something like 35% fat!

Gaining while dairy free?

Meat. Sugar. Starch. There's plenty of options. Just eat lots of high-calorie, high-fat foods that you're allowed to eat, and watch the weight pile on smiley

"letting go"

I let go many years ago. I'm not trying to gain, I just eat what I want when I want to. Naturally, that's seen a slow but steady increase in weight ...

Tipps for gaining?

Eating last thing at night is definitely the way to go, as the body shuts down in sleep and converts food to fat, not energy. (Or something like that, lol)

Heavy cream a bad idea? :p

Remind us non-Americans, heavy cream is double cream (very, very thick), right?
