What a difference a year makes

FF is Fattening. Not for Me personally. I gained 30 pounds in 2007 from getting out of the gym habit. And I am a Feeder and Encourager. Not a Feedee,

But I have observed So Many who get the Fantasy Feeder Effect!

I think that membership here for anyone with any Feedee traits at all is a guarantee for accelerated gaining. It's Osmosis. It's the Encouragement . It's the inspiration from seeing others who gain. And others who are larger and therefore the "Dream Size" that they themselves want to attain.

Just a couple examples. A woman who had changed jobs from walking to a desk job. Went from 125 to 175 in a year and a half. Left Ff after a short stay to lose weight. Came back at 140 in May and was 222 in November.

A woman who gradually gained from 145 to 175. Then in a year went to 230. Joined FF and a Year later was 380.And three months later pushed the scale to 428.

There are too many examples to cite them all. This place is a Haven for Fattening. And THAT is why I Love it! smiley

4 day food "binge"

I know someone who gained 8 lbs from Friday morning to Sunday morning. So your project is longer and should yield a minimum of 5 lbs. Regardless of your own capabilities. Go for ten mentally. Don't settle for five. Unless that's the best Your own body will yield.

Accurate weighing

I agree completely with the above posters. I also recommend for active gainers to get weighed after a Big Stuffing Day before bed. Then again the following morning. Or weigh in the morning and again at night to see if they have eaten enough that day. There seems to nearly always be 2-3 Lbs lost overnight. So the further one pushes the scale up during the day. The better the chance of retaining some new weight the next day. smiley

Fat distribution and food

fat apple wrote:
Have either of you credible evidence of a twin study that supports this?

I'm not being contentious, but anecdotal observations carry zero weight with me.

Fat distribution is like body type and so many other physical traits - genetic.

No. It's purely a Theory.I just think that a very fast gain tends to go more to the belly because I think bellies take on fat quicker than other body parts. And since so few people gain intentionally. And even many intentional gainers aren't that proficient at high speed gaining.I might Never be able to prove it .

And if I had the resources I would love to test out my Twins theory.smiley

Myth

I would Love Your expert opinion on a theory of mine fatapple
Let's say we have two identical twin women with hourglass shapes. They are both instructed to gain 50 lbs starting at 5'3" and 120. One of them has to gain the weight as quickly as possible with regular stuffings and daily calorie intakes of at least 6000 calories minimum. She is trying to gain the weight in under four months.
The other has to go much more slowly. At the rate of a non -intentional gainer. She is to attempt to gain the weight in 18 months and her shortest allowable time is one year.
I feel that the slow gainer would tend to get a very even distribution of weight. Buttocks. Thighs. Breasts. Belly arms.
And I think that the faster the quick gainer accomplishes the task the more weight would be concentrated in the Belly and Love handles while certainly growing some in the other areas as well.
Am I completely wrong about this? smiley

The "tipping" point

I lasted almost 50 years of never having weighed 200 lbs.During one year that I stopped the gym and avoided the scale I went from 192 to 222. Since then I have been back at the gym since 2008 and still can't get below 210.

Yes. I really believe there was a Tipping Point. For me the symbolic 200 lbs.A number at which I started getting a big belly to go with my big arms.lol
