Something I did once that just happened to work out really well was that I had already eaten about two cups of plain steamed rice and broccoli, then a feeder showed up :3 and made me chug a liter or two of water. idk what it was about the combo but I got a couple extra inches, easy

My friend described something like this to me a few years ago (Totally non-fetish discussion, friend not in the community). She told me how much she likes to watch people eat, that it trips a nurturing part of her, but that she especially is "fascinated" by people wolfing down food.
When she described that to me, I realized just how much I love having another person (namely, a feeder) watch me eat, and why it's the reason I don't stuff myself and need a feeder as an audience.

This overall topic is something that is a huge turn-on for me. I love when a long-distance feeder keeps tabs on me. Some things that I find work well for me:
--Having to report meals/keep a food diary
--Receiving meal assignments and having to prove I ate it (photos, usually, showing fullness)
--Regular cam sessions with challenges/assignments and measurements, and of course, weigh-ins

Definitely a big thing for me are tight clothes. Not necessarily dangerously tight, but good lord I would love to be stuffed and pop a button on a blouse or something.
...and then of course be teased about it
I've realized through feedism just how much I am into being controlled, or specifically having my diet controlled. Like above all else, when a feeder knows how to monitor my diet and assign meals...hoo boy.

Seems most every female profile I look at says looking for female. That would also help to explain why when 10 people have looked at my profile 9 of them are guys. There aren't any heterosexual women on here it would seem.
