Initial measurements?

So I measured
thighs 23"

bust 34 B/C

Currently 140lbs

You're off to a Wonderful Start! You should also measure your belly at it's biggest circumference-around the love handles and below the belly button. You're in for a real treat if you eat diligently. smiley

Initial measurements?

Thigh measurements are the best. Other measurements can change based on how much you've eaten, how much you've digested, time of the month, etc.

But if your thighs are fatter--you're fatter!

Bravo Dr. Feeder!
Everyone I've ever talked to on here I ask them to measure their thighs. For exactly the reason you mentioned. I think the "Gold Standard" for thighs on a BBW is 30". At least with an hourglass or pear shape. Some ladies just have naturally thin legs-and yet the thigh measurement is still usually the most important.

How much weight can you gain?

35 lbs in 3 months is a pace for over 125 lbs in a year. You'll probably have a better handle on your average pace when you are 6 months into it. I would gather that your pace the first month was even faster had you been able to sustain it.

In past years and the past 13 months in particular I have seen the following gains.
1. A yo-yo dieter of great variance -at times as high as 240 andin the same 12 month span as low as 150.I have seen her gain 27 lbs in 9 days.12 lbs in a week with ease. And 20 years later as a 296 lb BBW could still gain a lb a day for several days in a row-going from 296 to 345 from mid June to late August.
I know someone who ate 10000 calories two days in a row and gained 8 lbs from Friday morning to Sunday Morning.
I have seen S31 models take 8 years to gain 90 lbs.Starting very slim. I have seen another who was 5'2" and 195(already heavy in other words) gain 95 lbs in a year and then go another 40+ lbs after that.
And two BBW members here who went from the 230-270 range and added 150 lbs in 12 months.
It takes a uncommon ability to eat past full on a regular basis-plus a devotion and diligence that is sometimes difficult to sustain. And it takes some money for food as well.
One of the real successful people I talked about used a phone app that has restaurants nutrition charts to choose her "menus" and it helped quite a lot! smiley

Gainers grocery list

Drakes products. Yodels. Ring Dings. Funny Bones
They're So delicious and yet to me at least they seem light enough that I could eat an entire box (1800+ calories ). Without feeling painfully Stuffed. Since I am not a gainer I will never do it. But I am sure I could. Drakes products are also so good that You will find yourself wanting "Just one more " over and over.
Entenmans is also a great product line. Danish. Cheese Buns. Sheet Cakes. All yummy and Fattening!
And for a quick calorie blast on the go. Most convenience stores have iced honeybuns ranging from 500-760 calories Each.
And for ultra cheap gaining. Plain white bread with plenty of butter or margarine on both sides. Not the tastiest most exciting food - but it doesn't taste bad either.

Exercise...?

I am going to chime in with the same thing as on the other thread. I think weight training. Weight lifting with dumbbells.Barbells. Machines. I think strength training is the way to go. And I will also bring up the fabulous Gainer and SSBBW Kellie Kay. She is nearly 600 lbs now and was 350 lbs or less just a few years back. She always exercised and lifted weights as she gained-and gained rapidly. I saw a video where she was well over 500 lbs and literally was able to spring to her feet after sitting on her coffee table and busting all the legs off of it. She also did calisthenics. I think strength training is the way to go along with some movement exercises like walking.

Too thin

You're Fabulous. You've gained 60 lbs since November. I think the ones who say too skinny are just rushing through the site and not bothering to read about You in your picture comments and forum posts. How could anyone who looks as fabulous as You do. Who has literally Transformed from thick to nicely Fat in just 6 months get a comment like that?
I guess because I grew Well into adulthood without the internet. Because I'm Old. I take my time and learn everything I can glean from this site about a person before I comment. It doesn't make me great or smart. But I like to think I try to be at least considerate.
You're not too Skinny. Or Thin. You're Marvelous and Stunning and You are getting Fatter at an Astounding Rate. Keep going and enjoying. You're Terrific. smiley
