Investigated and she provided screenshots showing how he harassed her and called her a 'cretin women' for not wanting to talk to him or get to know him better, and didn't care if he offended her. Have given him 3 days off and warned him to not act like that again. Have also ordered him to avoid contacting her again or risk being blacklisted.
