I had a high BP, I think it topped off at 145/95. Not health-threatening, but an indicator theretofore. I have gained (unintentionally!) from 150 while at uni to 230 now, and I have a sedentary lifestyle apart from cricket in the summer.
Last year my doctor put me on Rampiril. I don't feel any different, but the effects have been dramatic - I usually test at about 105/55. Sometimes I;ll forget to take a pill, and there are no ill effects from that - in fact the last time I tested I hadn't had a pill that day so it obviously takes time off the drugs to get back to a high BP.

Bottom line? The Drugs Do Work. Obviously I don't want to end up dependent on them, but I'm on the lowest dosage, and it's taken me from borderline high to perfect (most 'healthy' people are higher than me!)

Settlers? Haven't played in ages. Top game though. Anybody else got wood for sheep, or is it just me?

I play Scrabble regularly, not that I'm an expert or anything, but I'm pretty good on the 2-letter words and I usually get about 1 bingo per game.

Which one? The original, that the PC game was based on, or the modern one based on the PC game that was based on original Civilization?
