Out of shape or in?

Amy, you might want to consider doing some weight training...? I think this and walking are the two most fundamental types of exercise, especially for overweight people. And when I say weights, I mean proper stuff - big bar, heavy weights (once technique is mastered), compound movements (squats, deadlifts, cleans etc.). Real movements that will be useful for mobility etc.

That knee injury sounds nasty, though, so take case in anything you do even if it was 10 years ago!
I'm fond of walking and have been doing some of that for exercise lately. The weight training is also something I've been considering, as others have recommended it as well. I think it's something I could really come to enjoy, too. Thanks for the suggestion!
I agree with the weight training. And Real weight training-not little dumbbells "for tone" but real strength building. The biggest eye opener for me is the model Kellie Kay.She has always exercised quite vigorously including some real weight training.I saw a video of her weighing over 500 lbs and she popped right up off the floor with ease! This was after sitting down on her coffee table and absolutely breaking all four legs by accident.
So yes .Squats.Leg Curls Leg extensions.Lunges.Lat bar pulldowns.and Barbell Rows.Big muscle exercises to make you strong and mobile-but keep your weight or even gain more-as Kellie is Still doing to this day. Best wishes Maimee

I've gained about 16 pounds. The first few were accidental, but then I thought it would be interesting to see what my body would look and feel like a bit plumper.

I am loving my new curves, the make me feel very feminine and voluptuous. I could see gaining a bit more.

No regrets.

Debby you look Terrific and I agree that some More lbs would be great. How tall are you? If you're on the shorter side a few lbs would show quite nicely and quickly. smiley

Heavier than i look

Geez I just posted that exact type of comment under your Gorgeous bikini pic. I said 100 lbs. If I had known that it was a source of frustration I certainly wouldn't have put that part in. I would Still have plenty of praise left over.

Out of shape or in?

I was just discussing this with someone on Monday.
I am a fan of what Kellie Kay did. She did a lot of weight training to stay strong as she climbed way up the scale. I have seen her in a video at well over 500 lbs. be able to literally spring to her feet. She's nearly 600 now and still has tremendous mobility.
So my mind is that I like a combination of "out of shape" when compared to a woman's high school days or when she was slender. But a good deal of strength and excellent mobility as she continues to grow and grow.smiley

What is a "feedee"?

Very thought provoking post. I have pondered it often myself. Personally I think the terms can be defined literally or with some room for interpretation.
I am a feeder who has never participated in feeding someone. But I love female weightgain and have been able to encourage and advise some successful gainers.
I guess I 'm saying to be very literal on the terminology there would be two people involved either together or via webcam. They wouldn't necessarily have to be into weight gain either.
BUT Most Feeders desire weightgain. As do a great majority of Feedees. How many Feedees here actually Gain most or All of their weight On their Own? A whole bunch I bet! smiley

Prefered weight

I am curious why you would change from a slim and healthy body to underweight for your height!? Not condemning or passing judgment. Just Curious.

Not sure that I have one. I wish I could try on different weights and see if I liked them. 450? 400?

I think 400 is almost a given with your Sexy eating habits Pinky.
Two other weights come to mind as well. 440 would mean you were Four times your size from high school! Wow. Not many have that kind of Transformation! smiley
And the absolute limit that I have thought about for you is 460. That would mean you doubled your weight on Fantasy Feeder!
Whatever weight you end up at. You'll Carry it Wonderfully. smiley
