I think it's just connected to society's usual shaming of fat and such. Many people here find the thought of people being shocked at their fat and weight gain and the humiliation that goes with it to be erotic.

Good. There's been a German fellow here in the past called robiH/Robert Hanke and he's done something similar, going on and on to many others about wanting to fatten someone up from birth. He's IP banned and blacklisted from here for the same reason despite his attempts to come back. We don't tolerate stuff like that here.
