Pants, under or over the lower belly?

I can't understand why anyone would ever wear pants over their belly. It's constricting, it leaves marks, and it doesn't even look good. Bellies like to feel free. If it starts to spill over your waistband, you should just let it.


My partner wears his pants over his belly. It's more comfortable for him and it keeps him modest. He's a tall, belly-heavy guy, so his shirts don't cover him completely.

How to gain hard/visceral fat

You can't make yourself fain a specific way. Yes, the foods you eat can influence your gains, but your genetics and hormones override this. For example, if you want a big belly but you tend to gain in your hips, ass, and thighs, there's nothing you can really do.

Also, understand that if you somehow gain primarily visceral fat, you won't be able to gain for very long. Visceral fat is fat around your organs. So there is a lower upper limit than if you gaining subcutaneous fat (fat under the skin).

Don't look to internet strangers for encouragement. We can say whatever you like, but it won't mean a hill of beans until you decide to take the plunge.

If you really want to gain, make a list of reasons you want to gain and a list of reasons you don't. Then, take a look at the reasons you don't want to gain and see if you can overcome them. If you can, that's great! If you can't then maybe you should wait until you can.

Best gaining strategies for a rapid steady gain.

My normal calorie intake has been between 2500 and 3000 calories a day. Even with that I've gained about 10 pounds over the last 4 months. I would say my current fitness level is moderate. I work construction so I'm on my feet all day averaging around 20000 steps plus the exertion of carrying cement bags, lumber etc around the job site.

I burn on average around 2400 to 2600 calories a day from my calculations.


So, you are barely maintaining then. What does your diet look like?

Online personality quizzes work via basic categorization. You only get a handful of categories to choose from. Which one you get depends on the answers you select. Each question is tied to a specific category. And the more answers you get for a specific category, the more you get sorted into that category.

Thus, if the quiz author knows the subject well and the questions are well-written, you can expect a certain level of accuracy from the quiz.
