Tools and articles to keep feedee comfortable and lazy

Fatguy3856:
you can should do the complete household chores for her because clean up the house is much work and is burning to much calories. Ig you can afford it encourage her to quit her job. So she has much more time to stay at home and get bigger.

I like the idea of him helping out around the house. A lot of feeders want their bbw/ssbbw partner to get really fat and expect them to do everything they did at lower weights. However, I am not on board with having her quit her job.

With the economy being the way it is, it doesn't make any sense to reduce your income. Getting fat is expensive, and the second income really helps a lot. Plus, some jobs are really good at packing on the pounds.

Also adding onto that, she is his girlfriend, not his wife. No shame in being a stay at home girlfriend, but if they break up, she doesn't have the same legal protections as a wife does. Not saying they won't have a long and happy relationship together. But I am saying quitting her job is an unnecessary risk.

Developing strong cravings

J8o8h8n:
I've noticed something that's happening after days of stuffing myself full of fast food. When I try to take a bit of a break from it, I get the strong urge to get some. Like today, on my drive home from work I was hungry, and it took an absurd amount of willpower to not take a detour to get more McDonald's. Honestly, I might go out in a few to get some lol.

Is this something else other people have dealt with before? I imagine this is how people end up not being able to stop gaining.

MVP76:
fast food is particularly addictive as its formulated to be so.

It's not formulated to be addictive. It doesn't need to be. People like fatty foods high in salt and sugar. The only thing they formulate is how to preserve the food, which has no impact on it being addicting or not.

You'll notice similar effects if your do your own cooking, but use a lot of fat, salt, amd sugar.

One month test gaining/stuffing challenge

LaylaniR:
Yeah Learned that too. The eagerness of gaining can sometime be a trap. It's sometimes good to listen to your body and slow down. I opt for making sure I eat high calories meals even if I don't stuff myself. I also make sure all of the ingredients I use to cook at home are the highest calorie options, eg peanut butter cereal, butter, white bread, white rice etc. I do stuff occasionally and I make sure to drink weight gain shakes every night during my heavy cream cycles

Munchies:
Just wanted to add to this that nutrition is extremely important. A lot of people think that if you eat a lot or are very fat, it's impossible to be malnourished. That can't be further from the truth.

Your body needs a lot of different nutrients to function properly. If you don't get everything you need, you're body won't be able to function as it should. On top of all that, high-fat diets can make it harder to absorb things correctly.

So, it's extremely important to proceed with caution.

J8o8h8n:
I know I've been taking multivitamins more frequently than I used to and I periodically take a break from eating a bunch of fast food to eat a bit healthier. I definitely have been eating less healthy than I used to though (it comes with eating 5000-6500+ calories most days since starting my gaining challenge). I'll probably ease up a bit at the end of the challenge, but it's seeming more and more likely I'll never go back to eating how I did before the challenge (or be the size I was before the challenge lol).

That's fine if you never go back to how you used to eat. I'm simply cautioning you about the quality of the foods you eat.

Have you ever spoken to someone on a mostly fast food diet? Especially if you knew them before they started eating that way? There's a major change in their personality and cognitive skills. A friend of mine calls it "Fast Food Brain Rot" or "FFBR" for short. Simply put, when the brain doesn't get the nutrition it needs, you get behavioral changes and brain fog. Usually goes away when you start to eat better.

Alternate worlds where one sex is fat and the other thin. do you like/dislike this story concept

Tentacles:
I find this idea strangely fascinating not sure why. Dunno how much storytelling potential or not there is.

I absolutely hate it because of how it plays into a lot of sexism and power imbalances in every single story I've read with that concept. Adding to it, there are some cultures irl with similar ideas and they do not treat their women very well. This includes cultures with thin women and fat men as well as fat women and thin men.

Developing strong cravings

Morbidly A Beast:
Once a glutton always a glutton takes a lot of work to get out of those habits.

J8o8h8n:
Honestly, it's kind of exciting that the initial intentional stuffings are sometimes turning into genuine cravings and it feels so good to give in and satisfy the cravings. Honestly a part of me is still slightly worried about gaining and not being able to stop, but I find myself worrying less and less about it and I've even had the thought to keep gaining after the 30 day challenge is over and continue to satisfy my cravings and expand them until my next doctor's appointment in November 😅

Munchies:
It's all about balance. Of course, it will take a little time to find your balance. But the end goal should be indulging your cravings without screwing up your health so much that you have to stop. The last thing any gainer wants is to gain a mere 40 lbs and get too sick to continue.

J8o8h8n:
That's very true. It's part of why on days where I feel like I've overdone it, I try to eat a bit healthier (which I do, but I still end up sneaking a few treats in to push myself over the typical recommended calorie count for the average person). Like today I'm definitely not downing almost 3000 calories worth of shake like I did yesterday with my 1500 calories dinner, but I did end up having 4 Minibons with a mostly healthy rest of the day (pushing my overall calorie count to about 2500 on a day where I wasn't trying to gain).

That's all you can really do. Like my partner says, you have one life and one health. Enjoy your life to the fullest, but don't neglect yourself either.

A lot of feedists throw themselves headfirst into kink at the expense of all else. When that happens, it's a struggle to enjoy your kink.

Of course, balance is going to look a bit different from person to person. We are all individuals. But it's still imperative to find a way to live the rest of your life while enjoying your gaining journey.

Catching up to and surpassing fat friends

J8o8h8n:
After about 2.5 weeks of my gaining challenge and about 10 pounds gained, I realize that if I decide to keep gaining after my 30 day challenge, I have a lot of work to do to catch up with and surpass some of my fat friends. Anyone have any experience going from one of the thin friends to being one of the fatter ones? What was it like and how'd you manage to pull it off?

As always, remember it's a marathon - not a sprint.

That said, I do have some experience with this. I have health issues and have been underweight for most of my life. I'm not the fat friend by any means. I weigh under 200 lbs and have friends over 300 and 400 lbs. But I now have a lot of friends who are much smaller than me.

Gotta say, it's a lot of fun teasing them about how much smaller than are than me in certain aspects.

It took me about 5 years to get to where I am now. Some of that was due to my body working against me or not being able to afford a lot of high-calorie food. The rest of it was from me taking gaining breaks to give my body a chance to catch up.

My friends never judged me for my weight gain. Since I was so skinny, they even celebrated it. My family, on the other hand, wasn't as enthused. I experienced a lot of fatphobia from them just for being on the low end of a healthy weight. Thankfully, I was able to establish boundaries, so that hasn't been an issue in years.

These days, I've got an athletically thick body type. I'm technically overweight, but I don't get hate for it since I have the "right body type" according to mainstream standards. I think the only problem I have to deal with is thigh rub.

Big bellies a sign of power?

Strongerthanyou:
It's definitely a sign of submission in my eyes... Don't see how a round soft tire of around your waist can be perceived as powerful

Munchies:
It really depends. For some, being big means being powerful. They get to literally throw their weight around. Have you ever heard of squashing? It's a kink where someone bigger than you crushes you under their weight. You see it more on Dimensions than on FF.

Then you have dominant feedees with submissive feeders. The feeders wait on the feedee hand and foot while the feedee indulges as much as they want.

Sweetfattie:
That's me! I love it when a partner is considerably slimmer than me, especially when they want me to squash them. I also like it when they're shorter than me- short kings, take note. I want to be large and in charge.

Not sure if I'll ever find a submissive feeder, since they seem to be even more rare than feeders in general. But that would be the dream. A feeder serving my every whim while I laze around and gorge myself.

I get you. Mind you, not all feeders are into d/s play, but it is more common to find dom(me) feeders than sub feeders. I've personally interacted with a handful, but they were all women. It seems easier to find a switch instead of someone who's strictly a sub.
