My normal calorie intake has been between 2500 and 3000 calories a day. Even with that I've gained about 10 pounds over the last 4 months. I would say my current fitness level is moderate. I work construction so I'm on my feet all day averaging around 20000 steps plus the exertion of carrying cement bags, lumber etc around the job site.

No way, I can't let filthy bathroom air taint my feast.
Not to say I haven't thought about the idea before, though. Having to heft yourself up mid-meals for a bathroom break is no fun.
Yeah, it's not very sanitary. It's a good way to get poop particles into your food.

I have been very turned on at the gym. I use the recumbant bike (sitting in a seat with a back, not up on a small bike seat) and the way my belly bounces back and forth in my lap is amazing. Ironically it makes me bike longer. Haha!
I also find any exercises where you lean or push yourself against a front-bench (like seated rows) I've discovered I can't reach both handles at the same time because my fat pushes me back farther. 😳🍆 The first time I had to reach right hand first, I thought I was going to start panting. Haha!
My *newest* discovery? Using a straight barbell for arm curls, when I lower it, the bar rubs and slides under the bottom of my belly. 😳🍆 I looked up at the giant mirror and saw my face of shock. *Then* the thought of anyone else noticing, too??

Anytime someone is unsure if they want to keep gaining, I always recommend maintaining until they can make the choice for themselves. Internet strangers can tell you whatever you like, but you're the one that will have to live with your actions.
