I'm getting over nearly a wwek if being sick with a fever/flu. I didn't eat much and wound up losing 15 pounds. How hard has it been for you lot to regain weight you lost when sick?

Drop something heavy on it... like a barbell. Contrive a reason to take it outside to weigh something and then drop a cinder block on it.

Those are tricky and can be very dangerous if inserted improperly. I'm thinking it could be simpler to train yourself to "sword-swallow" until you can stick a hose down your throat with ease.

I worked at a pizza place. There were usually mismakes lying around for anyone to eat and we got 50% off. Free drinks too. That's how I started to get fat.

Fat increases estrogen in males. That is why some of the men here have full size female breasts. If a male's nipples are sensitive like a female, the male is high in estrogen.
I wonder how much writing has been done on this. I would love to overflow D-cups.
