Thanks of your suggestion. We are hoping to update the chat this year. So we can certainly look to change the rooms and mix it up a little.

When I use chat on my personal account, I see most people congregate in the 'general' chat, and most other rooms are empty.

So it is interesting that more rooms has been suggested. Maybe the rooms we have are not the right categories?

What rooms would you like to see?

Thank you for the suggestions relating to sexual orientation on the profiles.

You will be pleased to know that we are planning to update the profiles this year and as part of this update will be adding more options for the sexual orientation and gender sections.

This is certainly something we can look to add as a new feature when the chat is due for an update.

Hi Feedee J,

So the limits for messaging via the inbox is 5 chats in a 24 hour period. This means you an reply back and forth unlimited with 5 different users.

The limit for private chats in the chat room is 15 in a rolling 24 hour period. There are no time limits for being in the chat room so you can stay in main chat as long as you like, and have private chats as long as you like the limit is based on amount of private chats.

If you have been blocked by a member you are permanently blocked unless they decide to unblock you.
