My body seems to be trapped between 285 and 290. I work at Walmart in the deli so gaining is difficult. After next Thursday I am going to start a new gaining regiment of mixing a gallon tub of ice cream into a shake twice a week and gulping it down in one sitting. In addition to my normal meals. I hope that will help me crest 300+pounds by the new year
