I assume that once you reach or exceed that weight it also becomes difficult to maintain a certain level of physical activity in order not to run into those types of problems.
I mean, I'm used to stairs. I walk a fair bit daily. It's just harder to do, requires more energy (and more calories.) Some things require flexibility that is just no longer possible with a more voluminous body.
Another thing, at least in my case: I never feel "full" or even "sated." It's like my brain says, "you have more room, may as well eat up."

Well, it's mostly just getting heavier. Everything takes more effort, nothing will fit, and what does won't fit right. Depending on diet and age, digestive problems are common, and so is joint pain. Sweat everywhere, almost all year.
Mostly it's small things. Stairs become a chore, and so do small cars low to the ground.

I can't really do it while sitting anymore. Most of my penis is coated in fupa, and I can't reach down and around my gut and fupa comfortably. Pushing on it gets the job done, but I usually just lay down instead.

I'm sorry to say, I caught something this winter, and I've apparently lost nearly 35 pounds. I'm still as big as I was, I thought I was actually heavier, but no. I was eating like crazy until then, so I might have gotten up to 445 or so at my heaviest.

I agree. Eating like that constantly will do a number on your system.
The solution? Eat all that, and some nutrients on top. Eating fruits and vegetables won't make you lose weight if you eat all that other stuff after.

How to live your best life at 400+ lbs.
Oh, that's pretty good too.
Just make sure you walk often enough to ensure you still can, and eat, and eat, and eat!

So, current official classification of BMI dictates that the most obese people, class 3, have a BMI of 40 or higher. But some sources have added class 4 and 5, at 50 and 60 BMI.
So, what fat class are you in, and where do you want to be?
I'm solidly in the middle of class 4 obesity, myself.

Why, oh WHY does a pizza BUFFET have fixed tables and narrow booths? And then the tables with chairs are so close I take up the walking space.
Oh well, it's easier to eat on my couch anyway...
