Is anyone into the idea of "ruining" their body, looks, or health ?

My definition of "ruin" is going from slim or average weight to morbidly obese, stretching the skin so it could never again be tight regardless of weight loss. Often this is coupled with permanent obesity and the resignation that one will never again be fit.

Although others define "ruin" as immobility and/or incapacitation, this along with death feeding, is too extreme for me.

I know some women at various stages of "ruin" outside of the fetish world. The ways they're "ruining" their bodies with obesity turns me on big time.

One acquaintance is very much into her looks yet can't help herself with eating. She went on psych meds a couple years ago to control bipolar disorder and began ballooning. So far the weight gain did nothing to curb her narcissism. She's cute and I find it hot how she's plumping up, going from 150ish to well over 200. Given her persona, I feel this "ruin" is driven by karma and totally deserved. The anticipation of not knowing when it'll end, nor if the obesity will eventually have a humbling effect is keeping me in suspense.

Another acquaintance has a total opposite personality, yet is on a similar ruinous trend. Sweet and down to earth, she's a little disheveled yet cute in a natural way. Going from tall and slightly overweight to a borderline SSBBW over the last five years, it was the Covid shutdown that really did her in. Standing her apron completely hides her fupa, and sitting in the car her belly touches the wheel. I find her gaining and carrying the weight ridiculously hot, yet I like her as a person and hope she can control it.

Basically seeing obesity "ruin" the body is appealing to me for different reasons based on the individual.

Revealing bellies in public

BigBallBellyGirl:
Maybe the boldest thing I ever did was, ironically, when I was about 360 pounds smaller than I am now. I was regaining lost weight aggressively and weighed around 230 with a big belly. I had a Bohemian-style halter top with a flowy skirt, and the top had a small elastic band around the bottom. If pulled up over the belly, it looked like a cropped poet's blouse. One day, in a particular bout of courage, I wore it like that to a Mexican restaurant and completely stuffed my face with a big bulging tummy on display. Admittedly, it was around 3 pm during the afternoon lull. I still felt brave, and somehow, even braver driving home with my pale beach ball belly on display

Despite the restaurant not being busy, of course the staff had to notice not only your figure but your consumption! Imagine the conversation in that kitchen!

Revealing bellies in public

This is becoming more common, both the intentional and accidental displays of bellies.

I see lots of Millennial and Gen Z women wearing crop tops regardless of weight, whereas two decades ago it was almost unthinkable w/o a flat stomach!

One borderline SSBBW acquaintance gained considerably since Covid but hasn't updated her wardrobe. She's constantly tugging at her shirts trying to keep her belly concealed. I find it rather cute and sexy.

Great practice to be "fat in public"

Kacchan:

I HIGHLY advise you to go to Walmart if you need some practice just letting your belly and/or curves be fat in public. I found a really high proportion of overweight customers at my local Walmart.

Truth.

I've shopped in many Walmart locations from the PNW to So Cal, the Midwest to Appalachia, and up and down the East coast over the last 30 years or so.

Compared to other well known "big box" stores, Walmart seems to have the highest proportion of obese customers hands down.

Driving and snacking

One summer over 20 years ago, I began hooking up with a BBW who couldn't help herself when it came to eating fast food in her car.

I didn't mind this girl's affinity for fast food one bit. Despite being an FA and not a feeder, I actually found her consumption sexy, however she was too lazy to discard the trash.

We had plans to go to her family's camper to hang out one evening. She came by my work as I was getting ready to lock up, and suggested we go in her car.

Whenever I saw the mess of Wendy's and McDonald's wrappers and bags strewn about all over the interior, it disgusted me to the point I refused to get in. She became visibly embarrassed, but surprisingly didn't leave or want to change plans. Following her to the campground in my car, I felt bad for not approaching the situation more tactfully.

That feeling didn't last very long. Apparently me calling her out over her messy car somehow triggered her to become ridiculously turned on. No sooner than we got into the camper, that girl got super aggressive with me and wasted no time taking out her frustrations.

Person you would love to feed/see fat

Voluptuouslover:
I would love to see Jennifer Lawrence pack on 50-100 pounds - she would be so sexy and cute. She already seems to have a little extra than most actresses these days.

Good one, no doubt J Law would look hot carrying the extra weight.

Mutual stuffing

Humans are social creatures. It only makes sense that mutual stuffing is likely to yield greater consumption than going it alone. It's also likely to foster greater closeness between both parties.

Many years ago, I had some friends who used to smoke. When we hung out, if one of us lit a cigarette, the others nearly always followed. Out of that group, one girl and I began smoking more together. We made excuses to be around each other. There were numerous car rides, trips to the store, going together to buy cigarettes, etc.

The shared behavior brought us closer and we began dating. As the relationship progressed, simultaneously we were both smoking more. When we began living together it really ramped up to 1 1/2 to 2 packs per day for each of us.

Like with any other behaviors undertaken together, I have no doubt a mutual stuffing arrangement would generate similar increases in food consumption for both participants, particularly within a close relationship.

Anyone know a diet good for getting fatter?

Stick to foods high in sugar, carbohydrates, and polyunsaturated fats.

Processed foods, fast food, anything breaded and fried in "vegetable" oils such as soybean and canola will all do the trick.

The best part is these foods are usually quite cost-effective.

Person you would love to feed/see fat

I always thought Oprah Winfrey looked amazing fat and would love to see her regain and then some.

We had a local news reporter Chelsea Jones, now in Miami, super cute, thick and curvy.

Chugged 5 milkshakes

While I don't doubt you for a second, I just can't wrap my mind around the idea of forcing so much in at once (I'd be sick as a dog!)

I'd love to see a video if you do it again!
