Any chance that the first two outfits could be in the mix for photos? The red tankini and especially the striped bikini? Or is it too late for those? Your pics are always nice-so whatever you have will surely be wonderful!

johnxyz wroteBut it usually takes a whole season, like Christmas to actually gain. I don't think an evening party could bring more than a pound or two.[/quote

I was thinking about a few friends of mine that I chat with here and something dawned on me. The Super Bowl is often an occaision for some very long parties. Parties filled with booze and food. And usually the food is not salads either! And while all alcoholic beverages are pretty laden with calories-the most prevalent will probably be beer-which is pretty good for packing it on..It's a perfect time to really indulge-even if nobody else knows about your "hobby." I mean everyone will be pretty full by the time the game actually starts!
So Cheers to all of you who are looking to add some pounds-this Sunday is a great time to keep things going in the right direction!

The Spark . The girl Nicole was doing great-on pace for even 35 lbs. when her body just "crashed" over the last weekend of the event. She lost like 7 lbs and ended up coming about 4 lbs. short even with the water chugging. They still paid her the 3 grand.

I have a friend who could regain weight from 1-3 pounds a day when she was smaller at5'3" and 140-220. Nowadays at 295 she could still do a lb
a day for 3 weeks.
In your case I think with avoid effort you could gain 5-8 lbs a month. Then some extra at particular holidays that cause anyone to gain. That would be the "candy" days
Valentine. Easter. Halloween. The4 day parties Memorial Day. July 4th and. Labor Day. And the big ones Thanksgiving and Christmas.
You would be somewhere between 290 and 330 next year. How's that sound?

From your recent picture and your comment below- It would seem that you have gained a good bit lately. And if that continues ,in another month or so your own weight gain will make a most convenient conversation starter. And it make conversation on the subjectuneeded. Maybe he'll see you relaxed and happy-and he might relax too.He certainly shouldn't be as worried abour it If he gains then he can just say that you're a happy couple getting chubby together.

I have a friend that I haven't seen in a while. She's about 4'10" and tiny. So we always looked funny together, since I'm 5'7". Well, after her divorce, she put her health ed degree to use and has been teaching exercise classes, Zumba and things like that, since May. So she has gotten even more buff, and I have, well, Blossomed. (giggle) I saw her today and the difference made me laugh. She invited me to come exercise with her. haha
I'm glad you don't see her that often. You already work out just the right amount as it is. And the infrequency will make it even better when you see her next and are even more "Plush". She'll try to Drag you to the gym! But she'll be playing tug of war with your hubby!lol

A few months ago you were at 229 and you looked like you were on the brink of getting your desired "hang." How much more did you add in that relatively short time?
As far as plateaus go-there are a rare few who never experience them. Rare.
More typical is someone who gains rapidly at first and then steadily and then plateaus. I've noticed one "professional" gainer from Stuffer 31 who is popular and quite lovely. She went from 5'3" and 160 to 178 in a year. Plateaued at 181 for an entire year.Got to 200 in a year. And now has been a year and a half trying to get to 220-going up and down from 201 to 211 and back to 205 etc.
I think avoiding plateaus is impossible but for a select few. But getting past them probably just requires changing the method of gaining from time to time. If grazing and snacking with a high calorie content stops working-then try some big stuffings-or vice versa. That's my two cents.Best of Luck.
