Should i give into obesity or go on a cut

Ditzy:
It seems decision making is something people can't do these days.
Whats the best for you in your mind?
I have no idea what "cutting" is so no help there.
If you are an adult don't worry what others think.

Cutting is when you reduce fat after bulking up. Gives you more definition.

Still, OP, if you are leaning towards cutting, you should cut. It sounds like you aren't ready to get fat at this time. And that's ok. It's your body. You should be happy in it.

Perks of being fat

Fatty2022:
- eating how much i want
- eating what i crave
- not having to maintain a diet or do sports
- just being lazy
- my body feels softer, all that fat feels nice
- i dont get cold easily
- it doesnt hurt as much or not at all if i bump into things
- i can use my belly as a stress ball
- warming hands between my big thighs
- food never goes to waste, my appetite is big enough to eat all
- i dont get catcalled or harassed on the streets like a lot of slim women
- using my belly as a table while im sitting and putting a small plate or a bag of chips/snacks there

Monadic:
does being lazy feel good? i never really enjoyed it. it always makes me feel very anxious

Depends on the person, really. My feedee is content to be lazy. Meanwhile, my best friend (who is also fat) is very active.

Tips for drinking heavy cream?

TubbySlug:
I've been struggling to maintain my weight this summer, as my work has me on my feet a lot. I've been thinking about drinking cream for extra calories, but am a bit unsure. Anyone have some tips?

Drinking heavy cream strait is hard. My feedee mixes chocolate milk in his.

I have a gainer friend that prefers to cook with heavy cream instead of drinking it.

Apetamin?

An Anomaly:
I'm a new feedee and want to gain fast

Domme feeder here. I don't recommend apetamine for weight gain. It has a lot of side effects - many of them severe. It's illegal in most countries for a reason. For more information, check this out:

www.verywellfit.com/apetamin-for-weight-gain-uses-side-effects-and-legality-4776450

Plus, there are cheaper, less dangerous ways to gain weight. Check this link out for some gainer recipies to try:

www.verywellfit.com/apetamin-for-weight-gain-uses-side-effects-and-legality-4776450

All that said, weight gain is more complicated than eating a lot of food and getting fat. Depending on a lot of different factors like your metabolism, activity level, or any health issues you may have. You may not gain quickly despite your efforts. And that's okay. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Lastly, as sexy as rapid gains are, they are not sustainable. If you don't give your body time to adjust or neglect your health in the name of weight gain, you *will* run into complications. And that *will* cap your gains. So if you are dead set on rapid gaining, gain in cycles.

**Update because I recieved a message about this.

I did not post the same link twice. It looks like I did, but only because FF is stupid. These are actually two different links. I have no idea how to fix this.

If you are on your computer, right click the second link. Press and hold on your phone. It should take you to a Tumblr page with a bunch of recipies.

Fat admiring getting more common?

Miachu:
Is it just me, or is more people started to like fat more?

For example, I've seen more and more artists on social media beginning to delve into drawing more chubby or bigger characters

More body positivity on social media

More people online showing appreciation for bigger people

And overall, people are just fatter nowadays

And overall this fetish growing more and more

Anyone else noticed this?

Eh, it swings back and forth every few decades or so.

Sometimes, thin is in. Sometimes it's the full figured types. If you go back a few decades, you'll find adds geared towards women encouraging them to by weight gain powder to attract a man.

Mind you, this is only mainstream society. They are many cultures all over the world that prize bigger figures.

Fast food min/max

JaidenGrowingFatty:
Hi! I'm looking to gather data on the most fattening fast food meals to prepare a weight gain diet based 80% on eating fast foods. I understand the health risks of eating solely Fast Food, and plan to cut back if it really starts causing issues, but it is an easy way to get a kick-start of the pounds. What are some of the most fattening combo items/restaurants/deals that you utilize the most?

Munchies:
You can't really min/max your weight gain. There's a lot more to it that eating a bunch of calories.

Putting aside the risks to a fast food diet, there's a lot more to it with weight gain. You have to consider your metabolism, you're ability to absorb the calories, if you can even eat that much food, etc.

There are some high calories foods out there that, if I eat them, I won't want anything else to eat for a while. Ironically, it lowers my overall calorie intake for the day.

Don't rush the gains, man. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

JaidenGrowingFatty:
That's a fair point, maybe I didn't phrase it quite right. I "dont" want to just find the fattiest food across all the chains, and eat exclusively that. Rather, I wanted to find two or three items at a few different places, so I have some choices to pick from whenever I feel like eating something particularly fattening. Heavy Cream is still my top "pure fattening items" but I wanted to find just a whole lot of fattening options

As a feeder, my advise is to eat your favorites. Just increase the amount and/or frequency. You're over thinking this.

If you want more calories, add some sauces and sides. So instead of getting a burger, get a combo meal. Eat your fries with ketchup. Load up on toppings. Skip the ice in your soda.

Little things like that add up quickly. Plus they are easier to incorporate.

Plus, it's a lot easier to ensure the item will be on the menu.

Coming out to my therapist

Jelly Rolls:
Ever since I was 4 I knew I was different because I liked fat. Up until now I’ve hated myself for it constantly. To me being into this is as emotionally painful as being borderline mentally disabled (my intelligence is a big part of my identity). I’ve suffered lots of depression and anxiety partly caused by non food/weight related childhood trauma and a fair share with food/weight/hating my kink. I’ve considered suicide countless times solely because of hating my kink. I finally feel that I made it to the point where I can tell a therapist after 5 years of extreme self hate from when I realized what made me feel different. I need to come out since I’ve had anorexic thoughts and a strong hatred/fear of fat all my life due to my mom forcing anorexic ideals onto me.

Yay! Progress!

You've got this! I believe in you!

Mixed weight relationships

Milhause:
Sorry if this isn’t the right forum but I’m looking for some advice.

Told my wife six months ago about this fetish and my feeder kink. I stressed to her I had no expectations for her, just that I wanted to be open about it.

She’s been overweight most of her life. (Technically obese by BMI, but fuck that garbage stat.)

At any rate, she was glad I told her but she didn’t seem at all interested in participating in the fetish. It’s fine, I love her no matter what regardless.

What I struggle with is two things: When we eat meals together, I often don’t finish all of mine. I eat like a bird anyway, but I can tell she has moments where she feels self-conscious that she ate her entire plate and I didn’t. I’ve told her repeatedly to never ever feel ashamed to go back for seconds or eat whatever she wants around me, but I still can tell she thinks about it.

Secondarily, I don’t know how open I can be about it around her. The other night we went out to dinner and she really went for it. She kept talking about how full she was and how “you’ll have to roll me out of here if I keep going.”

Needless to say I was instantly turned on but instead of being like “well obviously I’d like that,” I just froze.

I thought telling her about this fetish would alleviate some stress, but I find it’s created whole new ones. I still don’t know what the line is. I want to be open about what I like but I don’t want that to come at the expense of her emotional health.

As a buff person with a fat feedee, I always found the term "mixed weight" to be weird. Weigh isn't an immutable characteristic, but that's just me.

Anyway, I'm glad you and your wife talked about your kinks. This is good, but you aren't done. Y'all need to keep talking. Be open and honest with each other. Say what's on your mind. Check in. See how the other's doing. Stuff like that.

Even if she never participates in the fetish, y'all are still married. Communication is key. It looks like she's trying, but she's also scared. Take the first step so she can be brave enough to take the second.
