Sooo, almost every day he tells me that he should lose 2-3kgs or that his belly is too big (when he tells me about the belly, he doesn't mention losing weight, he just show me his belly and asks me if I've seen how big is it). But he still eats a lot (even more than he used to), he orders fast food, he buys chips and soda. I even asked him if I should stop buying chips and soda for him since he wants to lose weight and he told me I can buy them. Besides that, he gets really horny after he stuff himself.

So, my question is:
Is this any kind of fetish?...when he tells me he should lose weight, does he expect me to say no or stop him? I'm asking because I don't understand. He says he should lose weight, but he eats even more than before.


You should just ask him. We can make all the guesses in the world, but only he knows the reason.

How to expand my belly?

It's best to methodically stretch it overtime. Too much too soon can cause some major damage. Or you'll just vomit.

For best results, eat or drink until you are comfortably stuffed, and then eat or drink some more. Bonus points if you can keep yourself at this point for the entire day.

Fair warning. If you do it like this, you will regularly wake up hungry.

Any pronouns which seem/feel suitable at a particular time, as long as whatever is used is used respectfully.

I identify as gender blurry, thus at any given moment may present as someone at wildly varying points on the gender presentation spectrum.

It’s pretty much impossible to get my pronouns wrong, unless a person is going well out of their way to be a jerk.

These are fine GIFs and i join others appreciating your posting them, but please put them as individual posts in Pics, or if they run a long time, Videos. More than just being the most appropriate place, it will be easier for members to search on your pics there and you’ll likely get more feedback.

Experiences with coconut cream?

I know many have had success with dairy cream but does anyone here have experiences using coconut cream to gain?


Coconut cream is semi-popular with the vegan and lactose-intolerant gainers and feedees. It is a bit healthier than heavy cream, but caution should still be applied for cardiovascular reasons.

Subcutaneous fat

A diet high in fat will promote subcutaneous fat, consuming stuff like heavy cream, cheese, oils, butter and coconut cream will give you that squishy fat.

A diet high in sugar promotes visceral fat (that's why beer/ball bellies are hard and protruding). To limit visceral fat gain avoid processed carbohydrates, alcohol and sugary foods.

I also read somewhere that a high fat diet redistributes body fat, shifting visceral fat to subcutaneous.


Visceral fat does not shift to subcutaneous fat. The only way to reduce it is to exercise it off. The good news is that visceral fat burns off before subcutaneous fat will.

Also, if you gain weight, it will increase both your visceral and subcutaneous fat.

Also, while certain kinds of food may promote visceral or subcutaneous, those aren't the only factors. Genetics and hormones also play a factor as well. While you can'tbdo anything about genes, there's a little bit you can do about about the hormone aspect.

Cortisol, the stress hormone, causes visceral fat gains. If you can work on stress management, it will help keep the visceral fat gains in check.

Eh, no. Social structures at every level across all Western societies foster sexism to varying degrees.


The term "social structure" is so broad that it encompasses everything - even groups actively working against sexism. That's all I'm getting at. While most people refer to social structures on the macro scale, the term also applies to the meso and micro scales. This would, inadvertently, include anti-sexism spaces as well.

The issue isn't social structures so much as it is a complex blend of social values and institutions. The act of having a social structure isn't inherently one thing or another. It is the values imbued within the social structure that makes it sexist.
