Chat room color scheme

I saw on another thread that the chatroom is being worked on this year, so I'm tossing in my two cents.

Whenever someone PMs you in chat, their little profile blurb turns this bright yellow color. Unfortunately, their username is white. This means when someone messages you, you can see their profile picture and demographic details, but not their names. It's not so bad on mobile, but when you are on desktop? Completely unreadable.

Embarrassed to buy heavy cream

Tegmark54:
I really wanna gain 15 pounds using heavy cream, but I have anxiety buying it. I also have a roommate who would judge me knowing I’m drinking straight cream. Any advice?

Honestly, I would use it to cook a d add some in your morning coffee as creamer. There's a lot of ways to cook with heavy cream. Frankly, I would recommend cooking with it over drinking it because it's easier to digest and processes.

Feeling out of control and conflicted.

Outofcontrol111:
I have had a fat/weight-gain fetish for as long as I can remember. Only in the last 2 or 3 years, though, did it start manifesting as actual food bingeing. I have gained about 30 pounds since that started. My intentions and desires keep swinging back and forth between wanting to be “fit” and wanting to helplessly scarf down 4000 calorie breakfasts.

This fetish has been occupying increasing amounts of my mental space over the last few months. It feels like it is taking increasing amounts of control, and I’m just not sure how to navigate the situation. I want to feel like I am in control, and not like a fetish is controlling me. Who else has been in this situation? What did you do about it?

Thank you for reading, and thank you again if you have help or insight to offer.

I would first figure out why you want to gain and why you want to stay in shape. Then go from there.

I’m really struggling with my calorie goal…

CustardCream:
I think I have recently come to this conclusion about my gains. Any tips on how to build up to 13k a day please?!

Munchies:
Slowly build up to it. Eating high calories foods or maximizing your calories will only get you so far. You'll have the methodically stretch your stomach out.

However, you will not be able to eat 13k calories a day every day. Speaking from experience, you'll only be able to do it for a short span of time. Your body *will* force you to stop because the human body was never meant to be that full for that long.

My partner said that he felt like a pregnant fat hog the entire time. Moving is hard, your back hurts, and you get heart burn, and your digestive system will scream at you.

CustardCream:
Thank you. I do get heart burn now and then, but thankfully it isn't constant. My digestion system can scream sometimes though. I thought I had overdone things with cream, as my body now seems to reject it, so there is no point drinking cream as it will go straight through me. I'm a slow eater which doesn't help I guess, as I will get the full signal and then have to slow right down.

Fingers crossed I can work on stretching my stomach slowly. I know I can eat more than I could a few years ago, but it isn't as much as I would like to!

At the moment, I am trying to have 4 meals a day rather than 3, and whilst I'm no saint, I do aim for at least 5 bits of fruit and veg a day.

Instead of stuffing yourself silly, eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day. When you do eat a bigger meal, eat until you are comfortably stuffed and then a little more.

There's also nothing wrong with increasing your capacity that don't have a lot of calories. After all, the point with that is volume, not calorie intake. Basically eating and drinking foods that will stretch you out, but won't leave you filling heavy.

Secret gaining

ImmobilizeMe:
I've been purposely trying to gain in secret because I'm not sure how my girlfriend would feel about it. She always says she would love me no matter what I look like but I don't think she would expect me to become obese. However it is something that I've wanted since I was young and have always been curious what gaining up to 300 or heavier would be like. If there are any tips that could help me get there fast I would appreciate it. If she ends up liking it maybe she would help me gain more

Just talk to her, man. Tell her what you want. That way, you'll both be prepared when you start to balloon. You can hide a 10 - 20 lbs gain depending on how you look at the start. However, you cannot hide a rapid weight gain to 300 lbs.

I’m really struggling with my calorie goal…

Peachyprincess:
Current weight I’m 180, I’m trying to pack on at least a pound a day! My goal weight is to be 220, and I am trying to work with eating 3,500 calories a day. The first two days I’ve been on this “diet” I went wel past my goat and got to 5000! But yesterday I didn’t make it to 3000!

I’ve tried heavy cream and that reallllly boosts my calories but it’s so hard for me to eat. I’ve mixed it with coffee, breakfast shakes, and even cereal but it’s so thick I never wanna finish it.

If anyone has any tips for appetite boosting, quick calories, or chunky baking recipes!

I absolutely love baking so really any tips on that would be wonderful!

I’m also not against taking supplements or powders, I already smoke my lovely little green friend and that helps me some out and stuff

If you eat a lot of heavy/hard to digest foods, you will struggle to keep up. The solution isn't to eat more calories. It's to train yourself to eat more.

When I started feeding my current partner, he had a gastric bypass years ago. He could eat about 3k - 4k calories a day and feel stuffed, but he wanted to eat over 10k calories.

At the time, this was impossible for him. However, under my guidance, we slowly stretched his stomach out. We are taking a break from gaining, but he can now fit over 13k calories during an all day stuffing. On a normal day, he eats about 5k. This number may go down as he transitions back to normal eat.

You’re fine china

X_Larsson:
Why this debacle? OP tells that some men in this crowd are not here to see pictures of women in different states of undressed, but are perfectly fine (and even preferring) getting a general idea of a woman's look, with her clothes on.
I think it is a valid opinion and/or preference, that he should be allowed to express. You could discuss the wording, but "harmful" is probably the last thing it is. To whom would it be harmful? Why?
Would any woman that has already have a hundred nudes circulating online care? Hardly?
Will an insecure woman contemplating posting topless pics here, just to get more attention care about it, as she calculates the risk of those pictures becoming semi public? Maybe...
I think the message is fairly inclusive, supporting the more modest women, that there are men less focused on naked skin, but more on other aspects.

Again, I have no dog in this "fight", but wow...

Based on your country location, I am going to assume English is not your first language. So I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you are struggling with reading comprehension.

If this was a case of him saying "Be careful with posting pictures for safety reasons," no one would care. The problem is that he shamed women for posting their pictures and expressing their sexuality.

And if he was truly worried about safety, he wouldn't have gendered his statement. After all, there are a lot of non-women on this site who post the same kinds of pictures on here. They are also putting themselves at risk.

If he wanted to support modest women, then he didn't need to put down women who aren't. It's extremely misogynistic, and there are too many people like that on this site.

Also, let's not forget that he inserts himself into situations where he knows there will be sexual promiscuity and says things like "Don't be like that because you could be with me instead." That's a classic Nice Guy. No one likes Nice Guys because they aren't actually nice.

Is there anything about self-care that i should keep in my

XxxYyy:
I’m closing in on 340, so not like super big but I’ve definitely learned a few things as I’ve grown.
First off is cleaning yourself and general hygiene. The biggest tip that I learned along the way is that shower-wands are going to be your best friend. Once you get to a certain size (for me it was around 300) your belly will kind of start to act like a canopy and it’s going to make it hard for water to reach the areas under your belly and nearly impossible for it to reach the fold underneath your belly. My shower wand greatly extended my ability to wash and rinse in hard to get to areas.
Tight underwear is a no-go. It will dig into your waistline. And if left unchecked it can really start to hurt and make red marks on you. So definitely make sure that whenever you update your wardrobe you update your underwear as well. If you are a person that wears boxers or boxer briefs, this is especially true as they’ll dig into your thighs as well if they’re tight. However, don’t let that scare you from using them, because I’ve found boxer briefs to be life savers when it comes to reducing chafing and rashes. If they’re long enough to cover the place where your thighs touch they can prevent rashes there. And I also have found you can tuck them in between my fupa and thighs to prevent rashes there are well (excuse me for being so blunt but I couldn’t think of another way to phrase it).
More for self-esteem and mental health than physical care, but you also may want to prepare yourself for and think about the things that you physically won’t be able to do because of your size. For example, a few months ago I went to an amusement park with my friends and got on a ride. I didn’t give it any thought beforehand about whether or not I could fit and unfortunately I found out I couldn’t at the last minute. I had already boarded and couldn’t fit in, I had to get out off the ride and was escorted to the exit in front of everyone, it was mortifying to say the least. I wish I would’ve prepared myself for that possibility and maybe saved myself the embarrassment and negative feelings I get from that memory to this day.
Hopefully some of this is useful to you, or at least someone. And to any gainers reading this, good luck with your gains.

TLDR; Consider investing in a shower wand, I promise you it’ll help out a ton. Be mindful of your underwear’s size, because tight underwear is a serious pain in the ass (no pun intended). Certain types of underwear can be used to prevent rashes. Be mindful as you gain of what you may not be physically able to do, it very well may save you from major embarrassment. And good luck.

Shower wands are amazing, and I think that everyone should have them no matter the size.

Adding onto the chafing thing, there's a lot of different products out there to help. Lotions, creams, anti-chafing bands. I've got big thighs, so my go too is wearing bike shorts and/or using an anti-chafing stick.
