It's very off-putting when I'm called fat by people who aren't from here or another fat related site.

I can also be kind of touchy about what fat-names I like even here though, so maybe I'm just overly picky.

It's definitely a common thing among gainers. It happened to me too. My first goal was 300lbs, which I achieved at the tender age of about 15. When I got to that weight I hardly hesitated in deciding to get even fatter.

I think the pleasure we get from gaining is more than just the added flesh it's also in the process.

Similar thematically to "Be Careful What You Wish For". I'm thinking of calling it the "Hershey Heretic" (corny for the win).

I'm a guy, as one might surmise from my profile picture. And I've known I was a gainer since I was 13. Though I had already noted my "fat dreams" earlier.

(By the time I realized/accepted/figured out it was a thing to be a gainer I'd had dreams where I got fattened to ridiculous sizes by Crysta the Fairy from Fern Gully for almost as long as I could remember)
