Why don’t more people here get dexa scans?

A dexa scan is a bone density scan. Putting aside the cost factor, why would this show how fat you are getting? And why would you keep getting an unnessary scan and waste everyone's time.

Are heavy cream gains reversible?

Fat is fat. Heavy cream makes it easier to gain weight quickly, but the fat itself isn't anything special. How easier it is to lose the weight depends on you.

I will say most people experience weight lost after a gaining cycle due to a decrease in calorie consumption. I'm not going to say you'll lost all 25 lbs, but you might lose 5 lbs.

I just got sick after chugging heavy cream, how do i know my limits?

The problem is that you had too much too soon. You got too greedy, ignored your body, and paid the price for it.

The next time, you should stuffy yourself until you feel pleasantly stuffed. Take a 15 to 30 minute break, and then eat some more.

If you are into belly aches, graze instead of taking a break. Be sure to massage your belly and belch when needed. If you cannot trust your belches, you need to stop and take a 15 to 30 minute break before you eat more.

I don’t necessarily care about having to get used to the new weight during and after, I’d just like to know what is the best way to accomplish a month heavy cream gain.

On your first day try with roughly 200ml to see how easily you can drink it and if it causes you any digestive discomfort or issues. You might find it easier to mix with something to make the flavour a texture a little less intense, and definitely recommend having it with or after some kind of food, especially something with carbs.

If everything feels good try some more in the evening with/after dinner. If that still feels good try increasing it to 250ml morning and night and then keep increasing it until you find the amount you can drink without feeling sick or causing your digestive tract grief.

Splitting it up over the day is best, but it can also be fun to have a day here or there that you drink a larger amount in one go, especially if you make some kind of really tasty shake (cake mix shakes made with cream are my personal favourite).

In short, start small and work your way up so you don't make yourself feel sick or gross, and if you do start feeling sick or gross cut back a little.

Thank you so much, will definitely take the advice. My digestion is normally really good, so I might even be able to do 500 every morning and might possibly but I’ll start slow as you suggested.

What I am really interested in is the weight gain after the cream has time to get through the system after a week or so. Ever since I went down to 240 from 292 I haven’t gotten new stretch marks but maybe now that I’m back at 275c heavy cream can help me obtain some new tiger stripes.


The amount of weight you gain doesn't matter. Instead, it't about how quickly you gain. Stretchmarks happen when your skin cannot keep up with your growth.

Pregnacy, getting taller, getting fatter, and getting more muscular are common reasons why people get stretchmarks. You can get them at any weight.

There isn't a perfect amount because it varies from person to person. Some people can barely tolerate heavy cream while others can guzzle it. But, for people just starting out on their journey, I advize you to take it slow.

Some unrelated things to keep in mind:

Heavy cream can be hard to digest for some people. Cramps, bloating, and loose stools happen sometimes - especially in the begining. Some of this is due to the lactose. Cooking with it instead of drinking it lessens the effects.

Heavy cream is high in cholesterol. Consuming too much may cause health complications - especially if you aren't taking steps to manage it. This can cap your gains early on and make it harder to reach your goals.

Heavy cream is high in fat. If you consume more fat than your body can handle, this will cause fat malabsorption. It will make it harder for your body to process everything you're eating - including calories.

So, proceed slowly and with caution.

All of that is driven by your genetics which means you have no control over where the fat will go.


I think the two most common pieces of advice you give are "You cannot control where you fat goes" and "If you want to gain weight, eat regular food, but more of it."

Save your money. Your genetics will determine if you get a double chin or not.

Besides, you're already stepping outside of your comfort zone just by being a switch. I can't imagine doing that, even with my partner who has my complete trust. Simply not built for it.

I get that. I think for us right now it's fun to stretch the limits *a little bit* at a time. We have lots of years to expand and pepper in a few new thing here and there. There's no rush, and as he enjoys it I'll learn to add a bit more that we would both enjoy.

But more than ever now, I'm looking forward to becoming the piggy/toy again soon. LOL!

The power switching has been interesting! We really had to keep up with open conversation as I didn't really know what he liked as a sub or where his limits were. I had to be okay with doing things "wrong" or trying something new and not getting it perfect. He had to be patient and guide me a bit more than usual. It's been a great learning experience. It's like getting to know him in a new way! 😁❤ Also, spanking is 🔥🤣

As for my weight? As "The Boss" and calling the shots... I only maintained my weight. No additional gain. I find that interesting. I didn't push myself as hard and only indulged when I was "in the mood" LOL!

Dec is my bday month, so I might ask him to switch back and see if that will put a little more poundage on me before the end of the year. I'm sure the holidays will help! I definitely want to be bigger and heavier, and the fact that he's into all of this with me now is just ...heavenly.

This Game has been so fun, and incredibly hot. And I'm starting to see people recently who haven't seen me in almost 6 months and it's so awesome. LOL! My friend (who happens to be a personal trainer) was really struggling not to look or say something. 🤣 I let her off the hook and brought up the elephant in the room. 😏 I thought she was going to gain when I jiggled it.

But I'm also noticing as I go out into the real world, that this is my reality, I don't go back to being skinny in public and fantasy-fat at home. Catching my reflection and knowing it's me, is wild. And I still don't know if I'd be seen as just chubby, or if people would see me as a fat guy yet? (At 5'4" and 183lbs I'm technically obese?)

We played pool a week ago, and ☺☺☺ I couldn't play the way I used to! I can't hover over the table to reach a shot, my belly moved the other balls! A few times I pinched my belly between the table and my belt OW! And other times my lower belly fell into the corner pocket. 🤣😝

I still beat him 3 games to 2. 😏
