It's very good, rich and sweet. But I say again, if you're not used to eating lots of rich food you'll probably want to mix it with whole milk so it won't be so thick.

I've finished work on the two remaining chapters of part IV. I'm going to take a break from them for a few hours and then do some editing. I think I'll have them up by this evening or tomorrow.

Visceral fat, which is the more unhealthy kind of fat, is stored beneath the muscle layer. Which produces the ball-bell "hard fat" look.
Subcutaneous fat is the soft and jiggly sort of fat. Stored directly beneath the skin, outside of the muscle layer.

I believe that the chemical in Fenugreek that can be used to treat Diabetes is different form the steroid chemical also found in Fenugreek.
The "Diabetes" chemical can, from what I've read, help discourage the body from storing visceral fat and promote the storage of subcutaneous fat. I don't know much about the steroid compound though.
