The weight class approach

I find myself rotating between 200 and 230 which isn't a very wide range but it works for me. There times of plenty and time to recover and adjust to the weight. My range went up from 180-210 and now I feel it's time to experiment with a new range. I'm looking at going from 250 -300 as a long term goal. I want to build a solid base to put some proper weight on and stay in good shape. I find the weight class approach has me satisfied and staying healthy.


I would have to agree with you. I have moved up from 200-210 range to 220 to 225. I really like being this heavy, especially the view in the mirror with my forty-six inch waist and forty-four inch hip/butt. I have gone up to 230 and a bit over, but I really found that those extra pounds made daily routines more difficult. Moving up to a range/class of weight makes a lot of sense and easier to adjust too, good luck.

Sweetened condensed milk the cheaper alternative

While not nearly as Fat dense as Heavy Cream -Sweetened Condensed Milk packs a caloric punch at a lower price.A single can of Carnation or Eagle sells for around $2.39 .Calories range from 1500 to 1700 per 14 oz can.Also a little easier to drink undiluted.Just a thought


I agree, sweeten condensed milk is used mostly in sweet desserts and candy recipes, good call!

What weight did you guys finally feel happy with your body?

I'm at 220 to 225 lbs. right now, which I'm really enjoying. I have a forty six inch waist and a forty four inch butt/bottom. I wear a size thirty eight pants/jeans. I have been as high as 232, which was good, but I could really feel the extra weight in daily activities, 220-225 seems to work. I can feel fat enough, yet not compromise any activities. I'm 5'11" tall.

you might be getting chubby in the waist band of your briefs are starting fray.

I love wearing a tight medium t-shirt and a pair of bikini cut briefs in the smallest size I can squeeze my fat bottom and thighs into, then over eat!

Going swimming when you've gained weight!

I really enjoy swimming, but I don't get much of a chance to do it, living in the arid west. The last time I did get a chance to swim, I was able to wear one of my Speedo swimsuit. I have a forty six inch waist and the Speedo brief was a size thirty eight, it really felt amazing. I was alone at a hotel pool on a trip my wife and I took. It was at night, so I could see myself in the reflection of the dark windows. I was enjoying my fat body in a hall of mirrors within a pool. Great turn on and fun.

Weightgain constantly, but slowly

I have been gaining slowly since retiring from the military reserves in 2013. I gone from around 208 lbs. to 225 lbs. I still exercise regularly and I do feel the difference. I have adjusted to the increasing weight pretty well as I gain.

Excuses to gain weight

Getting old! I gain weight so much easier now as I age, than I did when I was younger. Though all of these are reasons to gain weight.

When did you first realise you wanted to be fat?

For me, just before puberty, I started to be fascinated by fat, being fat, getting someone of the opposite sex fat.

I was in the military reserves for twenty five years and I had to really watch my weight, now that I have retired I'm actively, though slowly gaining.
