Code word to identify people in the community?

JohnnyRocket:
I was talking to a woman on a regular dating site this one time. And her username was overtly feedist related. So we're talking. I don't bring anything up. And then she goes, "oh, btw. Just so you know I'm not into that. It's actually a band name."

And it was.

Well, share with the class. What was the band?

Body change

Falcor:
What is hotter, seeing your partner’s body changes over time or seeing how your body changes?

Ex-gainer turned feeder here. My partner's body changing every time.

Oddly enough, it's a turn on for me if he is gaining or losing weight.

There's a shirt that says, "Feed me and tell me I'm pretty".

It's glorious, lol. But also, a lot of normies vibe with the shirt too.

Code word to identify people in the community?

Grazeguzzlegorge:
I don’t have a specific code word as such but I do have phrases and behaviours that may signal being a feedist. These include:

1) Expressing a love of food in a vanilla-ish foodie manner.

2) Owning the fact I can be a glutton and have to hold myself back when around food I enjoy (one of the great joys of feedism is to forgo this restriction).

3) Not be concerned around weight gain. If it’s a choice between enjoying delicious food or having a slimmer figure then food wins every time.

Eh, that's not a very obvious way to tell. A lot of plus-sized normies are like this too.

Loving your body in public

Ilovebeingobese:
Recently I went to a spa type place with outdoor hot tubs and saunas. I wore tight swim shorts and let my belly hang out in all its glory. I rubbed my belly, jiggled it, did everything I could to emphasize its size. Hoping I would get at least one comment. And honestly. Nobody cared. No dirty looks no comments no whispers. Nothing. Take from that what you will. Maybe it will help you feel more confident.
I was kind of sad lol.

I would like to think that most people aren't jerks.

Questions about stretch marks

Fireduct:
There was a time last year where I was really focused on gaining. Did heavy cream and everything. I put on about 20lbs in a few months. I eventually dialed it down and stabilized at that weight. Whats weird is that I only started to get stretch marks months after my weight gain. Is that typical? I understand stretch marks can come from rapid weight gain, but even months after i stopped gaining?

Also been having a whole bunch all over from thighs, to love handles, to under belly, and even under my arm all ranging in different colors and sizes. But weirdly enough the only ones that hurt are the ones on my bicep. Do stretch marks hurt for other people as well?

Stretch marks aren't so much a sign of rapid growth as they are a sign of gaining faster than your skin can keep up. So your skin tears a bit. This causes stretch marks.

If they hurt, I would wager you don't have a very good skin care regime. It's important to keep your skin well moisturized. I'd also recommend seeing a dermatologist.

Code word to identify people in the community?

Fireduct:
Ive been on the site for while but idk if I missed the memo or something. Is there some kind of codeword to tell if someone is also part of this community in public? Or do people just blatantly ask “hey are you into feederism?” Or instead just wear a shirt that says feedee lol and wait to see who recognizes the word?

There's been talk about it for years now, but nothing seems to have been decided. I've seen ideas for tattoos, hand signs, code words, ect. There's even a flag.

But, at this time, the only way to know is to ask.

Ever get envious of other peoples sizes?

Fireduct:
To all the gainers and feedees out there, do any of you ever get struck with a feeling of envy when you end up encountering someone who is larger than you?

Whenever I go grocery shopping or traveling and I see people who are like a 100 lbs or more heavier than me, who more than likely not even be in the feedism community, i just can help but get flooded with thoughts like: i want to be that size myself, how did they do it even if it was unintentional, id be so much happier at that size.

Just a random thought i wanted to share and see if others ever felt the same.

My partner went on vacation last year and saw a man at least 100 lbs heavier than he was. (He's a pretty big dude as it is.)

Let's just say that he was inspired to get even bigger ~

Fat cakes

Fivv:
Not sure If anyone else has heard of them because I’ve only ever seen them in South Africa but they taste great. Haven’t had any in several years though sadly.

I looked them up on the interwebs and I saw this:

Never had them, but they sound delightful.

Question to you

Miklon06:
Hi, I am 120 lbs and I want to be bigger.
I have question to you. When you realized you are chubby. What weight should I gain to check is it sth for me?

Only you can decide if it's for you.

Since you are a rather small guy, I'd advice you to gain slowly. That way, it's not a shock as you get bigger. It will also be either to stop if you decided it's not for you.
