Vinegar and baking soda bloat

BlobOfFat:
So i found out a few months ago that a vinegar and baking soda bloat exists and i was shocked to see the results the person who was doing it got.

I felt tempted to try it too and i did waht the personn in that video did but welp i got no results only a disgusting experience while doing it,
I'm pretty sure i had messed up the thing.

So can someone let me know the correct way to do it? I reallllllllly wana try it out

You could do that, but why would you want to? There are other ways to bloat. Coke and Mentos, bananas and sprite, cake batter with no eggs.

Baking soda and vinegar is probably the worst bloating method. The sodium bicarbonate that makes up baking soda will spike your blood pressure. The vinegar will upset your stomach and give you heartburn due to it being a literal acid.

Unpopular take: food shortages in 6-18 months

Mr Grey Face:
As food enthusiasts, we've all noticed the price increases over the past few years, and the rate of price increase is accelerating.
Looking at world events and fertilizer prices makes me believe there will be a food shortage at some point.

Overeating and encouraging it is soooo popular on this website, but I feel I must risk a little ostracism and suggest that we all adjust our lifestyles to not eat as much food.

I encourage buying long-term food like canned food, storing water, and figuring out what foods you can grow. Many "weeds" are actually edible and delicious.

An interesting suggestion to be sure. And one not without merit.

It's not a bad idea to stock up, so it speak. Especially as prices go up and certain foods become unavailable. Cutting back while all of this is happening probably won't hurt.

That being said, growing food is a luxury that not everyone can afford. It assumes you have the land, resources, and time to do this. And if you live in the city, are poor, or are far too busy with other obligations, this may be impossible.

Not to mention growing a few weeds for food isn't really helpful.

It would be better to find additional methods of obtaining food. Some options:

Buy local
Locate a community garden
Befriend a garder or chef
Hunt/fish/forage (or befriend someone that does)
Change up your diet
Buy in-season
Take up canning/pickling (or befriend someone who does)

There are just some examples.

Gaining with peanut butter

Lqqqqqlq:
Recently I added peanut butter to my diet to help me return some lost weight. I try to not overdo it and I am eating around 200 - 250 mg peanut butter daily, but strange thing happened. It’s 1 week now but last few days I am sweating a lot and I don’t see any weight gain, I thing I lost 1- 2 kilos and I am not eating less but I feel my midsection and my belly especially jiggly and soft. Is this all normal and should I worry sometimes is wrong?

Munchies:
I used peanut butter to gain weight. It's very effective. I used to to build muscle mass, but it's also good for gaining subcutaneous fat.

Fat isn't very dense. It takes a lot of fat to equal a pound. If you are gaining subcutaneous fat, you'll have to get a bit fluffier before you're weight changes.

It also sounds like previous gains weren't just fat, but also a mix of inflammation and fluid retention. Very common if you have a diet high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats.

Lqqqqqlq:
I see. I will continue then for a little longer to see is there gonna be any results

I will say this. If you got fat the first time by eating junk, and are now gaining weight by eating healthy (or healthier) you will lose some weight initally. This is due to the inflammation and fluid retention I mentioned earlier going away.

It's only been a week. You also have to factor in the other diet changes you've made. Nothing exists in a vacuum.

Female feeder wanted

Phatballoon2:
I have no desire to be immobile, just as big as I can get without sacrificing mobility.

Female feeders are very much a thing. But a lot of them keep it on the down low because of all the toxic male feedees.

You should see my inbox, and I have myself listed as a fat appreciator. I shudder to think what it'd look like if I listed myself as a feeder.

I will never forget that one guy who - in an attempt to woo me to be his feeder - sent me a picture of his fupa ensconced erect penis.

Good times. 😑

Fattening him up while watching my diet

fanedfox:
I served in the military reserves for twenty five years. Visiting bases, especially ones with beaches, I frequently saw quite a contrast between active duty guys, (required to be in good shape) and their quite often obese wives. This was especially true for enlisted members.

ChubbyHubby:
That’s a very interesting observation. I wonder why?

From what I've seen, it's often from stress eating. Being a military wife is pretty stressful.

Also, there's a shocking number of chubby chasers in the military. Especially if you go to a base with a lot of black men and latinos.

Visiting different country = belly out

Munchies:
Would be nice if belly windows were a thing. Like boob windows, but for guts.

It would be extra hot if seeing fat guys with their guts out was culturally normal in some country.

HappyBigBelly:
It’s interesting you mention boob windows, as I’ve seen more and more of them on women lately. Thin women, though.

I’d love to see belly windows become promoted and worn by our larger ladies in society :-)

ChubbyHubby:
Isn’t that just a crop top? Lol I’ve definitely seen some beautifully chubby bellies on display

No, a crop top is a short shirt. This would have the back and sides.

spoop skerry:
So you want to see the Zardoz look.

Had to look this up, but no. That's a guy in a speedo with some criss-cross bullet suspenders.

I mean either keyhole cut, or just having a shirt with the belly area removed. The shirt can be either loose or form fitting, but the gut should be on display.

1. I am curious to know your definition of "thin" because most of the women I've seen wear keyhole outfits are on the thicker side.

2. There are a lot of really cute keyhole tops and dresses for plus-sized women.

But yes. We need to have more keyhole cuts to show off the belly area - especially for fat people. And also make it socially acceptable for men to wear such skimpy outfits.

I'm totally not a pervert. I swear, lol.

HappyBigBelly:
1. Petite-to-medium young women are the ones I’ve seen wearing the boob windows. It gets fairly hot this time of year where I am. Hence, the preferred top for larger ladies is either a tank or large cami.

2. Oh, definitely. I’ve seen them.

3. Ha, I have a mostly hard beach ball belly, made of visceral fat. So you’d have to perv on my stretched-out tee shirts if you ever saw me in public in a shirt :-)

Munchies:
We probably hang around different demographics then. I'm used to seeing a lot of plus-sized women flaunting their curves. They're fat, they know they're fat, and they can 200% get it.

Nah, I don't perv on the married ones. Imma let your wife enjoy your widening body.

HappyBigBelly:
I just starting seeing them both in public and in the mass media. I’m talking in the past month and not before then. I guess the style just hasn’t made it this way yet? I’ll 200 percent struggle to not stare either way :-)

And understood completely :-) We perv on each other a lot; keeps the marriage fresh and exciting!

Daw, that's cute.
