Gaining as a feeder

Munchies:
It's super common. You are the average of the company you keep.

The best way to avoid it is to eat healthier and exercise more often. Easier said than done unless the two of you get off on contrast.

For example, I'll exercise while my feedee makes a pig of himself.

Angy523:
I wish we did the same, but if I will exercise, he will do the same. In the past he used to eat less when I did it, but I hope it won't happen again because I want to lose weight and make him gain at the same time. The bad thing is he has more self control than I do. If there are sweets in the house, he can just ignore them, I can't. If he would be more like me, it would be really easy to make him fat

I'm sorry, Angy love. It's like I said in the other post but as things are, you and your boyfriend are on the road to mutual gaining. Either make your peace with it or have a discussion with him.

Trans breakdown

I don't think I'm saying anything new, but the transgender catch-all is useless. The site doesn't do this with cisgender people.

I'm cis. You wouldn't put all cispeople under a catchall cisgender label. You'd specify. I'm pretty sure a person looking to talk to a man would be super disappointed to find out I'm a woman.

Sure, the trans experience is much more than transman and transwoman. But it would be nice to give more options than "transgender" and "no gender".

Gaining as a feeder

Angy523:
Does it usually happen to gain weight as a feeder because of your feedee? Is there any way to avoid this?

Being fat for and against

I don't understand the question. Are you asking for the pros and cons of getting fat?

I can’t break my plateau

Rio67:
Heavy cream works really well smiley right before bed a pint a day in 2 weeks you’ll need new pants I bet

Docp:
I can’t drink heavy cream by itself without gagging. It would also be tough to bring so much heavy cream in the house without raising suspicion (I live with family) idk, maybe I should just go to the store and buy heavy cream+chocolate milk and just down them at the end of the day

Munchies:
Again, if you tend to put on muscle over fat, this may not have the intended effect.

What are you already doing?

Docp:
I haven’t been doing much besides overeating what food is already at home. I stopped actively gaining after I quit my fast food job a while back. The only way I have gained is when I made myself addicted to fast food for a month and had a lot of edibles which gave me the munchies. The reason I don’t continue to gain with fast food is because it’s super expensive and if I eat too much of it in a short time span, I won’t crave it anymore.

Munchies:
Ok. What sorts of foods are you eating? What does your fitness regimine look like?

Docp:
I usually eat pasta or chicken. Sometimes steak. I get rice and beans with steak and sometimes chicken.
I don’t really exercise at all anymore because I’m trying not to gain muscle, I also sweat really easily even when I was in shape, so I don’t want to sweat and lose a bunch of weight so I just sit at home usually.

Ok. I see what the problem is.

You are eating too much lean protien. Ease up on it a little. Eat more carbs.

Also, if you have a sweating problem, be careful with the heavy cream. Drink too much as once, and you will sweat a lot. I recommend cooking with it or mixing it with something.

I would hold off on the peanut butter that someone suggested for now unless you are making a dessert with it. Peanut butter is high in protien.

Apetamin?

An Anomaly:
I'm a new feedee and want to gain fast

Munchies:
Domme feeder here. I don't recommend apetamine for weight gain. It has a lot of side effects - many of them severe. It's illegal in most countries for a reason. For more information, check this out:

www.verywellfit.com/apetamin-for-weight-gain-uses-side-effects-and-legality-4776450

Plus, there are cheaper, less dangerous ways to gain weight. Check this link out for some gainer recipies to try:

www.verywellfit.com/apetamin-for-weight-gain-uses-side-effects-and-legality-4776450

All that said, weight gain is more complicated than eating a lot of food and getting fat. Depending on a lot of different factors like your metabolism, activity level, or any health issues you may have. You may not gain quickly despite your efforts. And that's okay. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Lastly, as sexy as rapid gains are, they are not sustainable. If you don't give your body time to adjust or neglect your health in the name of weight gain, you *will* run into complications. And that *will* cap your gains. So if you are dead set on rapid gaining, gain in cycles.

**Update because I recieved a message about this.

I did not post the same link twice. It looks like I did, but only because FF is stupid. These are actually two different links. I have no idea how to fix this.

If you are on your computer, right click the second link. Press and hold on your phone. It should take you to a Tumblr page with a bunch of recipies.

ChunkyHunk:
THe chocolate peanut butter monster was my recipe. I go by BELLYDOZER now on grommr.

Nice, man. Thank you for your contributions.

Fattening boyfriend

Munchies:

I know you say you can't talk about these things because of your culture. Frankly, that's not true. And I know this becuase your boyfriend shows all the signs of being willing to talk.

You are just scared. Plain and simple. Every single time you mention a desire of yours and how you can't tell your boyfriend about it "because we don't do that here" he always turns out to be okay with it. Even excited to do it.

Angy523:
Well, probably you won't believe me, but we are actually a couple who has open and honest conversation about everything (almost). We agreed that communication is very important so we do that. But yes, I'm scared of this topic, maybe without an actual reason, but it's the way I grew up. That's why I always mention our culture and things like that. Anyway, thanks to you I still have said more than I would have without your encoragement. But I need time to mentally prepare every time I have to speak about this topic with him.

Now, I have a question: is there any way to make him eat much without feeling sick? Yesterday he ate a lot again, but felt sick after

Hey, no shame in that. Baby steps. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Coincidentally, this is the same advice about increasing your boyfriend's capacity. Gotta work up to it. In many ways, stuffing is like training for a sporting event.

You already know your boyfriend's capacity. My advice is stuff him to the point he's comfortable stuffed and go slightly beyond it. Over time, you'll notice it will take more food to get him to that point.

Feel free to increase the intensity later, but for now, this should suffice.

Afterwards, be sure to give him belly rubs. It helps with digestion as well as getting any trapped air out. You may even find he's willing to eat a bit more after a good belly rubbing session.

Emily became a fat artist

EmilyW:
Because I'm getting chubbier by the day, I figured I could finally call myself a fat artist.
I know it's a bit of stretch since I'm only delightfully plump, but who's counting those jiggly pounds, right? RIGHT?

So, tada, I opened my very own DeviantArt for my very own deviant heart. I'm going to post all my romantic art, because I am a fucking romantic and you can't stop me. No, no, no.

www.deviantart.com/emilywithlove

Did you know that if you follow me, it notifies me that I have "gained" a follower?
Oh, I adore the appropriate wording, I really do.

You have mad talent.
