HappyBigBelly:Always been a nonfiction guy, especially autobiographies. I’m currently reading former Rush frontman Geddy Lee’s new autobio. Powerful stuff so far.
Max Stout:Perhaps you will be a natural then for picking up Jimmy Page's 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘦, which title's concept is moreover covered in his 𝘐𝘵 𝘔𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘎𝘦𝘵 𝘓𝘰𝘶𝘥 video documentary.
Munchies:Ever read
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings? I'm more of a fiction girlie, but this book is excellent.
It details Maya Angelou's time as a child and then later as a young mother. My dad got it for me when I was a kid, and I still have that copy in my personal library.
I can remember seeing Angelou in interviews years ago talking about the book, but I’ve not ever read it. I know it’s a classic, though.

I had to start cutting back on the fried food two years ago after I had a n arterial blockage addressed. But I’ve adjusted to enjoying all things baked and boiled and my belly has returned :-) My wife, as all on here know is a lovely and proud big girl, has done the same but we’ve found enough enjoyment to still maintain our lovely shapes :-)

Always nice to see some fellow Southerners in here :-)
As we’re known for being the fattest region of the country, it’s tough to tell between people actively feeding each other or if they’re just fat by eating the same kind of diet most Americans eat.
And I once worked food service myself, many years ago. We did donuts in the morning and became a knockoff of Krystal’s in the afternoon, serving the small burgers. I should’ve weighed a thousand pounds, right? Well, not yet. I worked there in my 20s and it wasn’t until my 30s that my metabolism slowed down and got the big basketball belly :-)

We’re all pulling for ya. Romy! Mobility and health is most important now.

I’d have to say it wasn’t an age, but an age range. My 30s saw me gain about 60-75 pounds gradually. This was after a boyhood spent solidly on the thin side. I’ve lost a slight bit of it, but it still forms the round ball belly I like to take pictures of for my pics section here :-)

I was 26 I think.
My husband was really controlling and I was supposed to stay slim for him.
It was a rocky marriage and just to get back at him I gained 20 lbs and that ended up being 60 lbs.
He was really mad and I did it to get him to file divorce papers.
Its a long story LOLOL
Ha, nice :-) Many of us would’ve only found you much sexier after that initial gain!

With obesity rates rising worldwide, does anyone else think that fat appreciation will become more commonplace?
52Percent:
Probably not because powerful people in the fitness industry like Coach Greg exist. That dude wants to pretty much eliminate the fats from existing by having ideas of taxing them like how we wanted to tax the rich.
Munchies:
Yeah, bigotry is on the rise as of late. I won;t get into the weeds of it all because I don't wanna. But for the purposes of this specific thread, I will say that people are getting a lil too comfy being needlessly cruel to other people in a multitude of ways.
I can’t agree with you more, my friend. And their enablers are just as annoying.

The heavier I get the more I enjoy wearing crop tops and leggings! Showing all my soft belly! The looks of intrigue outweigh the disgust for me.
I think there are a lot more closeted FAs out there than we will ever know
Agreed on that last part :-) Nothing sexier than a confident fat girl showing off her belly in public!

We’re in the belly-praising business in these parts :-) That belly is beautiful!
