I am making roast with carrots, celery, onion, garlic and potatoes.
Then there will be rolls with butter.

I confess I wish that I had more real life friends here.

Not really, I'm a notoriously picky eater, I'll eat chips and stuff but mashed potato is like eating mush, yuck! lol
Baked Potatos (or jacket as some people call them) are really good though, fresh and hot, drowning in butter...

Normally competitive eaters are thin- they dont have an area of fat that wont allow the stomach to stretch further... less fat means the whole torso area can stretch more, and by stretching it they can consume more faster.
I did know a gentleman who did the competitive eating, hot dogs... I loved cheering him on.
If I had time... I would at least enter more eating challenges.
