For me, I'd tell myself to enjoy life more, and to not worry about the things i worried about back then. I'd also tell myself not to bother with the gym as I've completely undone what my 16-18 year old self done lol

One my faves is from my hero academia with Deku's mother.

For those unaware, at the beginning when Deku is a child, shes slim. But in the current time she's a rather chubby women haha

I also like my hero's body diversity, with the characters having some more normal body proportions and even some with slight chub (Damn you anime for removing the chub!!!)

For me, it probably seeing how much worse I have gotten doing physical activities I was really good at, Playing Football and doing running

which 80 pounds ago I had no issue with, But now I get tired, sweaty and all sore when I try push myself when doing them. Basically Pushing myself now feels like what I would do as a "lite" exercise in the past

But it feels so good won't lie 😝

My thoughts on humiliation side of things, I can kinda get how people like to be made fun of basically for their size. i guess people get a kick from it

It's funny on my part, as a few years ago when I was a teenager I actually used to joke about people who were bigger, while also finding it pretty cute at the time lol. I remember doing jokes to this friend of time who was a bit chunky in areas, but now she's rather normal weight and I'm the fat one lol
