I took the plunge after I put on some weight during the lockdowns and struggles with dieting.

It's totally been worth it just indulging but I still make sure to eat a balanced-ish diet + workout. For sure won't catch me running or skipping 3rds any time soon though

Take advantage of coupons + go for the most calorie/dollar foods you can.

Cooking at home can also help with costs + you can prep meals to reheat throughout the week.

Standing vs sitting

I prefer standing up. Helps with the pressure and discomfort until I can lay down.

I can also sneak in a few more bites than I can sitting down

What about men gaining weight do you like?

When it comes to other guys I just love how a massive belly apron/ball gut looks and how the fat fills out a person's form.

For my own gaining it's the freedom of eating whatever and how much I want without worry + knowing that it's going to make me bigger.

There's also the softness and jiggling that comes with being fat that I love
