Going swimming when you've gained weight!

I love the heated pool I go to. I enjoy a bit of power walking in it to keep some level of fitness. With recent gains my belly bounces more as i walk pushing to the surface and lifting my moobs up and down in rhythm.

Number of fat cells

I have been reading up on the development of fat cells. Most articles conclude that you can increase the number of fat cells to about 23 or 24 but most in adolescents year's. These tend to be cells under the skin. These can increase is size without much metabolic risk.

Once you are over 25 your fat cell counts are mainly unchanged. So you can gain till you Max out your cell capacity with low metabolic issues. After that your increase in weight is in your organs like your liver ect. This can lead to diabetes and so on.

So that explains to some degree how some people get to huge size as adults they developed more cells as teenagers.

Do we have any expert's that can input on this.

And how, if true can you know you maxed out your fat cells capacity?

Lower leg skin issues

Hi,

I have lower leg skin rashes lately, have cortisol cream from doctor. It most likely mild Stasis Dermatitis. Do others have this and how do you manage it.

I've always had big thighs. Fot a while my gut grew wider, starting to go out now.

Only thing I don't have is a butt.


I have a substantial rear end I would say it's the same weight as my belly if not more.

How much do you care about your own health ?

I guess you tend not think about it till you have too. But if try and monitor things with my GP. If something said your reaching a limit I would most likely accept it , if reluctantly.

I would like this thread to be of actual life style and practical real world solutions to living and support yourself at very large weights.

3 - external support
4 - transport
5 - finically

I write this a gainer going to be 600 plus in a few years, and I would like to be prepared.

So current information please, and ideally for Australia.

What should i eat

My encourager’s request,

2 kg of lasagna
2 kg of spaghetti bolognese
2 litres of gain shake
2 lites of cream and sugar mix.

My plan

2 kg of lasagna
2 kg of spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce.
2 litres of custard based shake
3 365 gram cheese cakes with chocolate custard and cream = too 2 litres

This will be testing but look forward to the challenge and the results.

I made to much spaghetti 2.5 kg but I ate it all, also washed down with 1.25 litres of soft drink. Fulling full, but pushed in 2 litres of shake, scales started at 212.5 end at 217.5 , I just rang out of room, it was a bit painful, so have stretched out a bit. Will need to try again on the weekend.
