When people say letting themselves go in terms of weight gain it doesnt mean theyve stopped caring about their appearance it means they are letting go of any diets and exercise they may have been doing only to conform to society's image of beauty.
Whereas when people say like ' after she had that baby she really let herself go' it probably means like she hasnt had time to brush her hair and is always wearing sweatpants.. kind of like myself ..sans baby

I dont know if you're still a virgin or what as this was posted a while ago
but when I was 15, young I know..
I took 3 guys virginities
and I dont know if this sounds bad or not but I did it because these guys were really shy and I knew that if they just had sex once and saw that it wasnt as scary as they thought that after they would be like good to go .. if that makes sense
and I was right, I stayed friends with all of them and after they all got girlfriends within a few months because once you have sex for the first time its like.. almost relieving..because now you know what to do and your not nervous
