When I have travelled on business, I usually brought along a "Speedo" bikini cut swimsuit and worn it at the hotel pool. I love to stick out my belly and I have a pretty big bottom/butt too. I have never worn a shirt to the beach or pool except to prevent getting burned. Show it all off!

When I put on a fair amount of weight this past summer (15 lbs.), I noticed I got winded running very quickly. It was hard to bend down and not get a shortness of breath. Sit ups were really hard to do. I had to stop and rest a few times doing them.

I love that im getting stares. i love going to fast food places, they know my name and what i order. i love that pants that we're loose on me are so tight im spilling all over it. i love working at a call center and drinking almost 4 liters of soda a day, sensually feeling my gut inflate. my mind is so obsessed, i can't wait to be fat

It is both for me. My wife has gained steadily since we have been married. She is over two hundred pounds now. I did some active gaining this past summer and I did enjoy the gaining, but I have since lost some weight.

I would go with breakfast foods. A couple of reasons; easy to digest (pancakes, waffles and French toast), calorie dense (bacon, sausage, eggs) and tasty! Good luck, I have always wanted to do that too.

It is usually really easy to add calories. Increase portions, have dessert, snacking, just simply eat more. You can substitute more fattening items, whole milk instead of 2%, regular soda instead of diet, peanut butter and jelly sandwichs instead of cold cuts.

What is your favourite Christmas food for weight gaining? I love pigs in blankets personally, closely followed by Christmas pudding with loads of cream.
Egg Nog, is really calorie dense, a good choice. My wife baked a lot this Christmas. She made Reese's cup in dough cup, 'kiss cookies, a peanut butter base cookie with a hersheys kiss on top, those are favorites for me and go right to my waist/belly. Good luck, eat up!
